Tanzania) departure you will need to add the Kenya price to the Tanzania price. Please make sure you select the correct
season when adding the prices together. If they are doing an extension (Kenya Coast, Zanzibar or Uganda) this will also
need to be added to the total price.
• Select the date of departure your guests are interested in.
• Turn to page 5 for Nairobi hotels or page 25 for Arusha hotels and select the hotel most suitable for your client. If your
client requested a city excursion please remember to add this in, these are listed on page 6 for Nairobi and page 26 for
Arusha. Once you have selected the hotel, find the correct season and add this amount to the Game Trails departure you
selected.
• Add the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Transfers costs are per vehicle NOT per person.
• If your guests would like a beach extension turn to page 18 & 19 for the Kenya Coast hotels and page 37 for the Zanzibar
hotels. Once you have selected the hotel please add the transfer cost. If your guests request a beach excursion turn to
page 20 for Kenya Cost excursions and page 38 for Zanzibar excursions. Please note that flights to both Mombasa / Diani
and Zanzibar are not listed and will need to be quoted by a one of our dedicated team.
• If your guests are not departing straight after their safari, you will need to include a night at the end in a Nairobi / Arusha

11 < >7 Days / 6 nights NYEPESI KILIMANJARO - MACHAME ROUTE (TG8) OVERVIEW 1 night - Arusha 5 nights - Climbing Kilimanjaro Day 1: Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport your guests will be met by our representative and taken to the hotel for overnight at Gold Crest Hotel or similar. Day 2: After breakfast, transfer to Machame village with picnic lunch where they begin the trek. From the park entrance gate (Machame), they will walk for about two to three hours through a dense forest with a lunch stop halfway. Depending on the pace of the climbers, arrival at Machame Camp is usually between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Guides tend to recommend a slow ascent, even at this point, for gradual acclimatisation. Overnight: Machame Camp Day 3: On this and subsequent mornings, wake-up call is at around 6:00 AM. Today's trek takes them up a steep track through a savannah of tall grasses, volcanic rock, and bearded heather. Lunch will be taken just below the Shira Plateau, about three to four hours from Shira Camp and they should arrive between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM in the afternoon. Overnight: Shira Camp Day 4: A steady walk takes them up to the pass at Lava Tower (15,000 ft), where they stop for lunch. Cross- ing the Bastain stream, they will begin to descend towards Barranco Camp. Today is a full day trek and they will feel very tired. Arrival at camp is between 4:30PM and 5:30PM. Overnight: Barranco Camp Day 5: The scenic climb to Barafu is mostly on a moraine and lava ridge with a view of Mawenzi peak towering majestically to the right, and overhead, Kibo peak seemingly just out of reach. Lunch is taken in camp and in the afternoon there is a summit clothing check. Climbers who choose to ascend the peak will go to bed very early this night, as the next day is the longest one. Overnight: Barafu Camp Day 6: Ascent to Summit (19,430 ft) / Descent: they will be awakened before midnight and after a light breakfast, start climbing at around 12 midnight. Temperatures will range from -4° to 5° Fahrenheit. They will climb for about six hours before reaching the edge of the crater, Stella point. Another hour of climbing brings them to the summit. Uhuru stands at 19,340 feet and is the highest point on the continent of Africa. The de- scent is no easier than the ascent. They will reach Barafu camp after about three hours (around 11:30 AM). Climbers will be given the opportunity to rest and have some refreshments before continuing on to Mweka Camp for the night. Arriving into camp at around 5:00 PM, they will have trekked a total of 13 to 17 hours to- day. Overnight: Mweka Camp Day 7: On the final day of the journey, climbers descend from Mweka camp to the base. The descent to the gate will take approximately five hours and climbers usually arrive before noon. Upon arrival they will met by our drivers and transferred to Arusha arrive in time for lunch under own arrangement. 12 < >

32 < >8 Days / 7 nights UGANDA DEPARTURE - PRIMATES IN THE PEARL (UG1) OVERVIEW 1 night - Entebbe 1 night - Kibale National Park 2 nights - Queen Elizabeth National Park 2 nights - Bwindi National Park 1 night - Lake Mburo National Park Day 1: Your guests will be collected from Entebbe International Airport & transferred to Boma Guest House (approximately eight minutes). Breakfast and overnight at Boma Guest House (dinner on own arrangement). Day 2: After breakfast guests will drive to Kibale National Park (approximately five hours) they will have lunch at the lodge & proceed on their chimpanzee trek in the afternoon. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge. Day 3: After breakfast drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park (approximately four hours). Check in for lunch then go on an afternoon game drive. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge. Day 4: Early wake-up call with tea/coffee followed by an early morning game drive. The rest of the morning is spent at leisure with lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon they will have another game drive. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge. Optional activity: Sundowner cruise on the Kazinga Channel - USD 30 pp. Day 5: After breakfast there will be a game drive on the way to Bwindi National Park (approximately two hours after exiting the park) check in & have lunch. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Engagi Lodge. Optional activity: Batwa community walk - USD 30 pp. Day 6: After a very early breakfast your guests will depart on their gorilla trek with a picnic lunch. Treks can take anywhere between two to six hours - please make sure they have the right equipment. Once they are with the family they will have one hour before leaving. On their return they will have the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Engagi Lodge. Day 7: After breakfast they will depart for Lake Mburo (approximately two hours after exiting the park) check in & have lunch. After lunch they will go on an afternoon game drive. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Mantana Camp. Optional activity: Nature walk - USD 20 pp. Day 8: After breakfast your client's will depart for Entebbe (approximately six hours) and connect to their outbound flight. 33 < >
