Executive Summary
Economic Emancipation Forum - Ecoforum
Ecoforum was founded in 2013, as the admiral or herald of
ordinary people of all faith in all spheres in Africa, especially South Africa.
In which, our verbiage and make-up is influenced by the original origin of
all adage, maxims and creation, of all human kind – the ‘Holy Scriptures.
The inception of a new voice ‘crying in the wilderness’ in order to
restore the posture and stability of our people from the original
economic context, and promises made to the patriarch of this
movement in the beginning of times.
As a movement, we discovered that democracy without the
first-mentioned theocratic foundational principles, is subjected to
destruction and failure.
Ecoforum is a tripartite party consists of three embers:
a) Economic Emancipation Forum, abbrv. ECOFORUM – The
‘Political Party’.
b) Ecoforum Trade Union of Southern Africa, abbrv. ETUSA – The
‘Trade Union’.
c) Ecoforum Financial Trust, abbrv. EFT – The ‘Trust’.
Economic Emancipation Forum - Ecoforum is fully registered with
the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) at the National Level,
Reference no. 1260 and are in preparation to contest on the 2019
National & Provincial Elections, period.
Our approach is theocratic and economical.

About US
Ecoforum shall be the trusted ‘advisor’ and a real voice for the
people of South Africa, the ‘change’ to effect change.
Ecoforum shall champion ‘community regeneration’ through
revaluing and appreciating the role of churches and
traditional leadership in our communities given the
needs today.
Ecoforum shall champion ‘proactive governance’ required to
develop government early warning system to improve its
effectiveness in service delivery. As we redefine the
future, Ecoforum will re-evaluate country’s relationships
economically with other countries, entities and
individuals to establish its relevance and benefit to our
country.
Ecoforum has ‘zero tolerance’ on anything that seeks to promote
monopolistic behavior in our approach to inclusive
economy of South Africa.
Ecoforum is a ‘Building Party’, not an ‘opposition party’ in its
countenance and must be articulated as such. Ecoforum
strongly believes every responsible South African has
something to offer this country.
Ecoforum’s main objective in 2019 is to deploy 25% of 400 Members
of Parliament proportional, to champion the ‘Doctrine of
Separation of Powers’.

About US - Ecoforum’s Three Theocratic Appeals:

1. Our ‘Ethos’ & ‘Pathos’
Our values and principles are derived from the biblical context of
the promises made to Confidant Moses of the economic conditions of
the promised land stated; “A land flowing Milk and Honey.”
Interpretation; literally there is no land that could flow ‘Milk and Honey’,
basically this needs a tested philosophical interpretation. It is only a Cow
that models the production of Milk, so one needs to learn the attribution
of the Cow as a domestic governor of animals; his strength, beat,
servitude and governance.
• Honey is produced by bees. It has a dual meaning of interpretation;
sweetness of the word and to bribe or sweeten the deal
(Holy Scriptures, Leviticus).
• Our principles are to serve the nation with integrity and relentlessness,
selflessly, incorruptible and indispensable. The negative interpretation
of ‘Honey’ is ruled out by (Holy Scriptures), indicating the damage that
this sweetness could do to the bread, so, we are fully aware of the
corruption and self-gain materialism leadership, and are totally against
the act.

Why Us
Ecoforum is the new force of ‘national union government’
emerging during the national emergency of a broad
coalition government.
Ecoforum subscribes fully to the ‘Doctrine of Separation of
Powers’ as decoded in the Book of Law, “Isa. 33.22”, in
order to supersede a dictatorial, autocratic and new
order system.
Ecoforum shall serve as the ‘Inclusive Economy Champion’,
leading through its people.

Ecoforum alludes GPA2100, meaning, “Growth Plan of Action” for a
period of hundred (100) years.
Ecoforum adopted a preliminary GPA2100 in April, 29, 2017 in
Tshwane, Region 2 –Mandela Hall, Hammanskraal upon
the strength of our members and confidants.

Ecoforum’s National Inaugural Conference was held on the 16 June
2018 in Tshwane.

1. Agriculture (Primary Sector)
• Ecoforum proclaims, “Food is a human right”.
• The value of organic style agriculture.
• The value of Biodiversity to Food Security as an insurance policy to
guarantee the human food supply.
• Industrialize Family Agriculture (Farming).
• Embrace Pastoralism for the provision of local markets, urban and rural
food security.
• Fight against Genetically Modified Crops (GMC).
• South Africa needs a long-term ecological production, equitably
available supply and the availability of food.
• Ecoforum initiates Community Gardens, Landcare and Local Markets.
• Improve youth participation in agriculture.
• Protect in perpetuity prime agricultural land and the agricultural water
supply.
• Make policy compliance for agricultural production and supply rest on
the principle of ecologically sustainable development.
• Use a precautionary approach to health in approving new food
production and processing technologies such as genetic engineering
and irradiation.
• Generously fund research that supports ecologically sustainable
production and organic systems.
• Ensure fair economic returns to farmers in spite of fickle weather and
trade deals.
• Use tax and other mechanisms to subsidise healthy food for the
chronically ill.
• Make healthy food preparation and eating a part of all education

• Ecoforum preserving God given life in nature’s diversity helps reveal the

2. Mining Sector (Primary Sector)
• Local development of mining systems and infrastructure.
• Promote localisation of the full cycle on mineral production to create
jobs while developing skills and technologies required.
• Promote and support co-operative entrance in the mining sector.
• Review of mining relevancy to the challenges of today and drive
inclusive economy.
• Ecoforum promotes health and safety in all mines.
• Raise South African mine owners.
• Establish and further legislate the cutting and polishing of precious
stones throughout South Africa.
3. Financial Service Sector (Primary Sector)
• Financial institutions operating in South Africa need to reflect that
through ownership and ensure its relevance to the challenges of today
facing South Africa.
• Promote co-operative banking to allow new entrance while driving
inclusive economy.
• Ecoforum supports the adoption of new technologies that seeks to
revolutionize this sector to improve transparency and the economy of
this country.
• Promote a united state of South Africa for a good course to drive local
investment towards strategic priorities.
• Local SMME aligned program towards economic growth strategic
programs.
• Redress of banking systems.
• Reimburse all provident and pension monies of the former employees
of the Bantustan which were misappropriated, maladministered and
heisted.
• Ecoforum defies Banks propaganda to drive a capitalistic agenda

4. Technology
• Invest in research, innovation and development strategic to our
economic priorities.
• Promote consumption of local IT products, services and solutions.
• Application of blockchain in establishing great governance for South
Africa.
• Ecoforum promotes and endorses digitization as a vehicle of open
economy participation.
• Ecoforum shall master skills development to corporate business to
recycle unskilled labour.
• Ecoforum believes that technology should be well introduced to our
older generation through education, not imposed.
4.1 Blockchain Technology
i. The application of Blockchain technology in government.
ii. Blockchain will allow the government of Ecoforum to deal and relate
with business and citizens in a transparent manner. This will
emphasize transparency and ring back the trust between government
and citizenry.
iii. Blockchain application on the following sectors:
a. Blockchain: Elections and Voting
Blockchain technology will assist in voter registration, verification
and voter counting. The current voting system has quite a lot of
loopholes of which one of them is the duplication of votes. The votes are
in paper form and lots of challenges can develop, in recent history we
have seen hijacking of vehicles moving the votes. With Blockchain, voting
will be in a digital form. There will never be duplication of votes as the
system is transparent, each and every vote will

be recorded in real-time from the genesis block till the recent activity.
This will allow voters to truly exercise their democratic rights as they will
be voting at the comfort of their homes where they are safe from political
influence.
b. Blockchain: Housing and Title Deeds
As Blockchain is a distributed ledger that means it will contain
information and true records and dates of title deeds. Government
policies and administration changes over time. The dependency of office
and administration has failed decimally in the past and it is subject to
bribery and the creation of fraudulent records. So many people that are
rightful owners of properties has been cheated out of their inheritance
due to this maladministration.
Ecoforum is intending in adopting and applying this technology
as trhesystem cannot be hacked, tampered and edited without the other
users being aware of that activity. The department of Housing and rural
development will adopt this public ledger storage of information to grant
the rightful applicants houses. In a recent challenge that we have as a
society is that many foreign nationals are receiving low cost houses (RDP)
instead of the people that have applied. Ecoforum will introduce such
governance that is highly effective and speaks the true reflection of
Quality Assurance (QA).
c. Blockchain: Department of Health & Safety
Blockchain will allow Doctors and medical professionals to share
and have access to medical records without files. The minute they know
the name and surname or identity number of the patient they could
simply access information on Blockchain and that could speedily save a
life in a case of emergencies. The Ecoforum’s approach is to put together

great systems in place in order to give world class medical services to the
citizens of this country. The earlier the doctors are able to access the
medical history, the better the diagnosis. This application of Blockchain
into the health system will safe a lot of lives and will be relevant towards
handling dread diseases.
d. Blockchain: Law & Order
This application shall play a vital role in the Police services and
Courts of Law. This would minimise corruption and bribery, and loss of
dockets and cases. Ecoforum has a solution of an incorruptible systems.
e. Blockchain: Agriculture – Imports and Exports
The Blockchain technology will restore back quality into agricul-
tural trade, when exported and importing goods and rendering services.
This application will allow both the buyers and sellers to link and interact.
Backlogs will be indeed a thing of the past and the movement of goods
will be tracked as the result of Ecoforum’s government meets the turn
around strategic time allocated.
The trace of originality will be emphasized and history will be the
outmost relevance in fulfilling the needs and standards of both the
exporter and importer. For example, Fishing; The retailer or wholesaler
shall know from which lake was the fish caught, the date, methods
applied to catch the fish, its packaging and the mode of transport till it
reach relevant destination. This shall give government or private business
a new methodology of retracing the steps in a case of investigation and
also to know exactly where the special attention is needed to improve
quality that our society needs and deserves.

f. Blockchain: Mining Industry
Blockchain application is very relevant in the mining industry,
particularly the diamond mining. In a quest to reduce blood diamonds,
Ecoforum will encourage the industry to register the precious stones on
blockchain where buyers and jewellers can trace the history of the stone.
These facts will reduce the blood diamonds and illegal mining entering
the market. This process shall encourage legitimate ways of the business
industry and regulations adhered to the mining industry.
5. Transport
• Invest in public transport to facilitate mobility and stimulate trade.
• Promote an integrated transport system to achieve efficiencies which
indirectly contribute to the economic growth.
• Improve transport infrastructure to ensure effectiveness and eliminate
fatalities.
• Embrace our traditional taxi industry as a major transport industry for
South Africans and evolve with the industry mutually and technological.
Create a trust fund dealing with taxi owner finance, in order to assist in
purchasing new or more vehicles for the industry’s growth.
• Introduce ‘Water Jet Fairey’ in South Africa for the ocean economy
(tourism, transporting of goods) and its convenience.
6. Education
• Education system need to prioritise the economic priority related skills.
• Early Childhood Development (ECD) should incorporate the following:
i. The Creator and the Creation (Natural Law)
ii. Child’s Portfolio of Evidence (to identify the child’s expertise at an early
age)
iii. Ubuntu (including all South African Languages)

v. Computer Literacy
vi. Agriculture
• Educators Competence.
• Sports Education.
• Dual Education – Theory & Practical (concurrent).
• Reform Education by legislating Home Schooling throughout South
Africa.
Reasons why home schooling:
1. It may be for philosophical or religious reasons or due to their own
positive experiences of home education.
2. This could be down to any child, even those having special needs or
not coping with life at a large secondary school.
3. This will award parent to make life choices for their children as they are
the first legal teachers.
4. This shall empower other parents and guardians with skills and com
petence in order to educate their children professionally and serve as a
method of job creation.
• Preparatory programs for secondary basic education learners.
• Introduction of an SA based curriculum directive to South Africa’s
economy.
7. Social
Back to basics, Reiterate theocratic ideologies pertaining the livelihood
of our people and Ubuntu.

We are deeply thankful for the inception of our Constitution and strongly
believe that there is a need to amend and reform the Constitution of
South Africa for the betterment of our country.
• Social Welfare
1. Ecoforum shall introduce Street Care Grant, i.e. No more sleeping on
the streets. We will legislate a prohibition against any person sleeping
on the street, so it may not be an alternative home. No South African
deserves to sleep on the streets. Shelter shall be uphold as a basic
need.
2. Ecoforum shall open community care centres to accommodate this
families and kids, in order to restore them back to the national system.
3. Social grants bill amendment, through the guidance of National
Censorship. Statistics should assist the government in mastering the
micro-economy, for allocation and distribution of grants. For example;
A family of 10, a grandparent with surviving grandchildren who happen
to have children, R1690 cannot change their status quo. A necessary
censorship must be audited, to interdependently involve other relevant
departments to fully assist our families through all systems acquired,
e.g. Education, Health, etc.

4. Social grant refocus to people living with Albinism – in order to assist
our people with skin care and other.
5. All social grants must have insurance, for future dispensation to
prospective families. A percentage shall be deducted for future
financial security of the families or individuals.
• Poverty Eradication
Ecoforum is making poverty history. Effective poverty alleviation with
out hurting the poor. Love your neighbour!
i. Ecoforum proclamation: “Good News for the Poor”.
ii. When Ecoforum announces good news to the poor, this news is
primarily spiritual, but has concrete economic and social implications.
iii. An injury to any member of the human family is an injury to the very
body of the human family.
iv. Poverty eradication shall be expedite through biblical principles, for
the Book of Law entails equality but not seldom, in gifts and talents, in
order to promote trading on to another.
v. Income inequality, often times, pits the rich against the poor. In some
cases, it’s true – the rich benefit at the expense and exploitation of the
poor. However, coupling sound economic thinking with the
metanarrative of scripture points us to the proper biblical perspective
of income inequality.
vi. At the core of poverty alleviation is igniting God-given dignity into the
hearts of the poor by empowering them to be who the creator,
created to be. Our efforts can’t just be monetary.
vii. Poverty alleviation is about relationships. God loved and cared for the
poor, and He calls us to model His example.

viii. Poverty alleviation is the people’s responsibility. It is the job of all of
us, people of all faith, to care passionately and genuinely for the
poor. The church institution must step up to their responsibility and
be the first line of offense in addressing poverty.
ix. The fight to end poverty starts in your community. Its starts with
building long-term relationships. Getting your hands dirty, and
addressing real needs.
x. The Book of Law is the only tool that has the power to transform
heart, mind and soul.
