At Home
• Online registration on: https://entry.ptc.gv.at/en.html
• EFPT Registration: do you need a camping lot for your van?
• CoViD testing 5 days prior to arrival in Austria (optional)
• CoViD testing within 24-48 hours prior to arrival in Austria (mandatory)
• IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COVID HOTLINE AT HOME
• Bring 1-2 FFP2 masks and disinfection gel for travelling

At the Austrian Border
• Present online registration form PTC (Pre-Travel Clearance)
• Present invitation of KGP Events GmbH
• Present negative COVID-19 Test (PCR tests no older than 72 hours OR Antigen
tests no older than 48 hours)
• Present EFPT Registration Confirmation
• Present EFPT Certificate of Professional Status

When arriving in Austria
• CoViD Rules might be:
o Evening Clock / Exit Restrictions 20h – 6am (meaning stay in the Van or
at your Appartement at this time)
o Wearing FFP2 masks if you cannot maintain 2m distance (oblig. In
busses, trains, shops, …)
o Restaurants might be closed
o No hugging, handshaking, …
o Negative CoViD Antigen Test for entering Shops
o Private meetings max. 4 adults from max. 2 households

• Registration Thursday morning, with an update on CoViD protocols
• CoViD Testing every day from 07:45-08:45 at the riders & crew entrance.
• Wearing a FFP2-Mask is mandatory, except on the water – make sure you
bring enough with you
• You will be assigned to a group of 4 other riders – please stay in this group for
testing, registration, catering / meetings – to facilitate contact tracing
• You can enter the area on Wednesday April 21st, 09:00 till 18:00 with your van
and place equipment in the riders tent. Please unload and park the car
immediately outside because there is limited parking next to the riders area.
• Please take care of:
o Better stay outside than inside with others
o Wear a FFP2-mask inside and outside if you cannot keep the distance
of 2m
o Keep safety distance of 2m
o Wash hands regularly
o Daily testing
o Evening Clock / Exit Restrictions

Important! If there’s no competition then please don’t enter the event area. Stay on
stand-by. If there’s no need to be on the event-site, please stay at home.

Daily CoViD Testing
• CoViD Testing is mandatory
• Tests needs to be performed in the dedicated coloured groups of 4 people
• Every coloured group will get a time slot between 07:45-08:45 every morning
and has to be precent at this specific time. There’ll be earlier and later time
slots in case we have an early or light forecast.
• Testing can be done at the riders & crew entrance (marked on the map)
• Tests take 1 minute, with a max. 15 minute waiting time for the result.
With a negative result the event-site can be entered
With a positive result there’ll be a procedure in place. This will managed by the event
organizer.
Event-site
Below facilities are available at the event-site:
• Riders Area (storage and lunch) – please enter in groups
• Daily COVID-19 Tests at the entrance
• Camping space on reservation (via Philipp Enders)
• Toilets and hot Showers
Please find a map of the event-site in the attachment of this document.
Riders area
Location: Strandbad Neusiedl am See - near the sailing performance centre.
• The riders area is separated from the terrain and only open for riders, coaches
and crew. This also includes the toilets and showers.
• There are toilets, showers, race office, internet, doctor's room within the riders
area.
• There will be the storage tent for the riders' material.
Access is possible by car, but only for quick unloading, as there is not much space.

Hotel/apartment
Eva Koppitsch (Tourismus Neusiedl am See - koppitsch@neusiedlamsee.at) can help
with accommodation around the event-site.
Camper Vans
For all who come with a camper van there will be a separate area at the car park -
on the right (where our VIP car park used to be). Philipp Enders KGP Events can help
with a spot (philipp.enders@kgp-events.at )
DEADLINE: Sunday 18th April 2021.
Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast on your own responsibility.
Lunch will be provided on the event-site every day:
• Lunch can be picked up between 11:30-14:00 at the lunch tent.
• Always enter the lunch tent with FFP2-mask, then exit and eat somewhere
(dedicated places might be appointed by the event organizer TBC).
• Max. X number of people allowed in the lunch tent
Dinner on your own responsibility.
Supermarket in 5-10min walking distance. Take away (Chinese, Italian, Burger) within
15-20min walking (take care with exit hours!)
Medical Centre
• Will be at the Race Office
• Please enter one by one only – except in case of emergency
