BEST PRACTICES This conference is best viewed via a tablet or laptop. Do ensure that you’re streaming this conference with a stable internet connection in a fixed location. To test your network speed, click here. The most optimal connection speed is minimally 10mbps. Please refrain from streaming any other videos while you’re viewing the conference. (For e.g. YouTube, Netflix etc.) To ensure there are no audio conflicts, please shut all other apps/windows with an audio output.
BEST PRACTICES This conference is best viewed via the Zoom application, which can be downloaded onto your laptop or mobile device. Please download the latest version of the Zoom application, via this link. If you already installed the app on your device, please check if you have the most updated version. If you have further queries regarding Zoom, do visit their FAQ page here. At any point of the conference, if you have accidentally logged out / closed the window or Zoom app, just head back to the main website, and log in again to join us.

Key in your registered email address and a Password Reset email will be sent to you. (Do check your junk/spam box for this email. For webmail users of Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Live, Yahoo, etc. where your incoming emails are segregated into tabs or folders like Updates, Promotions, Focused, Others or Smart Views tabs - please check on all tabs/folders in your webmail email address for emails from us)
ENTERING THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE 5. Upon logging in, you will land on the agenda page of the respective day. Simply click on the respective room to join the conference.

Once you’ve clicked on ‘Enter Session’, a separate tab will pop up asking if you would like to open via your Zoom App (if you have downloaded it to your device),or open via browser. 7. Choose ‘Open Zoom Meetings’ if you have downloaded the Zoom App 8. Otherwise, click on ‘Join from your browser’

IN THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE 1. Q&A feature – Ask as many questions as you like, for our speakers. We’ll try to get our speakers to answer them.
IN THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE 2. Live Transcript – Subtitling is available, but only in English. Click on the ‘Live Transcript’ button to activate it. Thereafter, click on ‘Show Subtitle’ 3. Interpretation – We have two other languages available: Thai & Bahasa. Click on the icon, then on ‘Mute Original Audio’ (to avoid hearing two voices), and select your preferred language.

WORKSHOPS
WORKSHOPS 1. You are free to select any workshops which you would like to attend. Click on ‘Enter Session’. 2. You can only attend one workshop at any one time.
WORKSHOPS • Entry to each workshop is on a first-click-first-access basis. • Each workshop meeting room has a 300 pax capacity. • The first 300 pax to click 'Enter Session' at the virtual conference site during the 3 workshop sessions will get to enter the particular workshop. • Please identify a few workshops that you would like to attend for Workshop 1, 2 & 3 sessions. • At the start of each workshop session, click on your 1st choice. If the meeting capacity has been reached, please click Leave Meeting and click on your next few choices till you get an entry. • In any case that you don't get into your choice workshops, you will be able to view (for 1 month) the recorded sessions which we will upload to the conference site (about 2-3 weeks post event) and update you thereafter.
