Enrolments for 2021 are now open!
Welcome to Footloose Performance Studios. Our Studio is
dynamic and inclusive and we believe that every child brings
something special to their classes and should be valued and
encouraged. We genuinely care about the well being and
happiness of every dancer and we celebrate their individual
achievements.
Our fabulous team is committed to providing a supportive
and encouraging atmosphere within their classes so that our
students feel confident, empowered and inspired to reach
their full potential as dancers. As a Studio, we aim to enrich
the lives of our students and their families by providing them
with a positive and memorable dance experience.
We are looking forward to an exciting year of dance in 2021!

$20 / class
A $35 Annual Enrolment Fee applies to all students.
This fee is used to cover miscellaneous Admin costs
such as software, music licensing fees and insurance.
Family Discount
Discounts apply to families enrolled in multiple group classes.
3-4 Classes - 5% Discount
5+ Classes - 10% Discount
Please Note: Discounts do not apply to Little Monkeys, Circus,
Group Singing or Private Classes

Invoicing & Auto-Payments
All fees are to be paid by the Term with Invoices sent via email at the
commencement of each Term.
All Fees must be paid by the Due Date.
All parents are required to sign up for Auto-Pay on Enrolment. Parents
may continue to pay via EFT or Credit Card before the payment due
date. Any fees outstanding after the due date will be processed via
Auto-Pay. All parents will be notified in writing before auto-payments
are processed.

Uniform
Requirements
At Footloose we believe Uniforms give our students a sense of belonging within our
Studio Community. They also;
• Promote unity within our classes
• Encourage positivity and teamwork
• Help to build confidence
• Encourage discipline and respect
• Assist teachers to easily identify and correct alignment
• Increase our Studios identity within the greater community
• Are safe, practical and comfortable
Students in Pre-school to Year 6 are required to wear Footloose Uniform.
Minimum requirements include Footloose Baby Leo or Footloose Leotard / Top.
High School Students may wear Footloose Uniform or plain black dance attire.

Footwear
Appropriate dance footwear must be worn at all times during classes.
Pink Ballet & Black Jazz Shoes can be purchased from the Studio.
Black Ballet, Tap shoes and Foot Thongs can be purchased from dance retail outlets

Details
At the end of each year we hold an Annual Performance to celebrate the end of
another year of dance. Although this performance is not compulsory, all students are
encouraged to participate. Performing promotes self-confidence within our students
and gives them something special to work towards, plus it is always a fun and exciting
way for our students to end the year and share their love of dance with family and
friends. Our 2021 Performance Date will be
SUNDAY 28th NOVEMBER

Performance Fees
All Performance Fees are non-refundable.
Costume Fees will apply to all students participating in the performance.
Costume Instalments of $25 per student / per class will be added to both Term 2
and Term 3 Invoices, with the remaining costume balance due in Term 4.
While we do our best to keep the price of performance costumes to a minimum,
the final cost of each costume is dependant on a variety of factors including type of
costume, supplier, where it is manufactured, time taken to source, size and
accessorise etc.
Students participating in multiple classes will be required to purchase a separate
costume for each class.
All Students will also be required to supply their own stockings and appropriate
dance footwear for the performance. Footwear will vary depending on the style of
your child's class and stockings will be available for purchase from the Studio.
A performance levy of $60 per family will be applicable. This will be split into 3 x
$20 instalments across Terms 2, 3 and 4. This is to help cover rehearsal and
performance expenses and all families will receive a complimentary copy of the
Performance Photos & Video.

How to Enrol
To enrol in classes simply visit our Online Portal via the link below

1. If you are re-enrolling simply login to the portal. If you are NEW to Footloose click
Create Account to add your contact and student details.
2. Once you have logged in/ created an account go to Account>Register for Class.
3. Select the class/es you would like to enrol each student into.
4. Click Submit and follow the prompts to complete your Registration.
Active & Creative Kids Rebate
Footloose Performance Studios is an approved Provider for the Active &
Creative Kids Rebates.
All School Aged students are entitled to 2 x $100 Active Kids Voucher and 1
x $100 Creative Kids Voucher each year.
To REGISTER your child for their vouchers simply login to your
ServiceNSW account and follow the prompts under "Services" to find the
Active & Creative Kids Dashboard.
To CLAIM your Active or Creative Kids vouchers with our Studio complete
this form on our Website: https://footloosestudios.com.au/kidsrebate
Once your voucher has been processed by our Staff it will be added as a
credit on your account.
