FUN FINE food fROM bARCELONA
FOC brought the Barcelona spirit to Singapore with the first restaurant-bar
opening in September 2014. Michelin-starred Chef Nandu Jubany, Chef Jordi
Noguera and award-winning mixologist Dario Nocentini presented Catalan
menu with Mediterranean influences as well as an inventive and cutting edge
cocktail programme. It aims to be a vibrant Spanish affair in Singapore, invi-
ting their guests to enjoy a unique interactive dining experience.
FOC Restaurant at Hongkong Street pioneered its way up to the top list of
best Singapore restaurants at present. Now the brand is expanding to unveil
the diversity of Barcelona ambiances providing their guests with a palette of
exciting experiences. FOC Brands portray different shades of Barcelona. While
FOC Restaurant is a dynamic urban Tapas place and PIM PAM by FOC a
casual Spanish Gastro-Bodega, FOC Sentosa brings a relaxed Mediterranean
breeze of Barcelona with a laid-back beach ambiance, on a daily basis as well
as on your special occasions.

Laid-back and tasteful beach restaurant and bar, inspired by the
Mediterranean mellow atmosphere of Barcelona.
Located just by the Palawan Beach, in a brand new Glass House-like edifice
designed by lagranja design, FOC Sentosa cannot be missed. The light and
sumptuous architecture favours and harmonizes with the breath-taking view
of the sandy beach and the lagoon which makes everyone fall in love with it at
the first glance.
FOC Sentosa welcomes you to a wide array of different ambient spaces,
ranging from open kitchen restaurant and al fresco terrace snug in between the
trees, bustling with life bar and breezy deck by the pool, as well as laid-back
cabanas sprayed in front on the beach.
The upper floor features two private spaces, Mar Bella and La Barceloneta,
ideal for your events, both private and corporate. The breath-taking view
and tranquil coastal ambience will suit any special ocassion, be it a birthday,
anniversary or wedding celebration, school friends encounter, to corporate
events and launches.

Our Sommeliers chose a great range of Spanish and internatio- nal labels allowing your guests to taste the best champagnes, cavas and wines available in Singapo- re. We work directly with many Spanish Bodegas to make your choice of wines unique. Our events beverage offers are flexible, ranging from wine pre- orders to free flow modular pac- kages, to suit your guests liking and your budget. We are happy to extend our operating hours for your event,
it may be subjected to additional charges.
How to get here: Beach Tram: Palawan-Tanjong Beach Tram, circulatin every
15 minutes. Operates every day, except public holidays.
Private car: You can park at Palawan Beach Carpark.
Please note that Sentosa Gantry Charges apply when FOOD menus: A la carte pre-orders, Tapas Passaround, Seated Dinner, Live cooking
entering the Island if you do not show Islander Card. Stations, Combined Service options available.
Gantry fees vary depending on the timing

Taxi: $2-5 per entry weekdays, $3-6 per entry weekends
