ALABAMA
Statewide: Effective July 16, 2020 at 5:00 pm, each person shall wear a mask or other facial covering
that covers his or her nostrils and mouth at all times when within six feet of a person from another
household in an indoor space open to the general public, a vehicle operated by a transportation
service, or an outdoor public space where ten or more people are gathered. The facial covering
requirement does not apply to any person while consuming food or drink, or seated at a restaurant to
eat or drink.

Birmingham: The Council of the City of Birmingham requires that facial coverings or masks to be
worn in public places within the city to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus disease, known as
COVID-19. The requirement to wear face coverings or masks shall apply to all persons, whether
employees or customers or clients of businesses within the city.

Statewide: Currently there is no statewide order.
Anchorage: Conduct pre-shift screening and maintain staff screening log.
• No employee displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be permitted to be in the
facility.
• An employee who becomes sick while at work should be immediately sent home.
• No person may work within 72 hours of exhibiting fever.
Symptomatic or ill employees may not report to work.
Employer must establish a plan for an Occurrence of COVID-19 in the workplace and include it in
the COVID-19 Mitigation Plan.

Coconino County: Coconino County issued a proclamation requiring residents and visitors to wear a
face covering when not able to physical distance themselves from other persons.

Santa Cruz County: Face coverings required. Every person must wear a face covering that completely
and snugly covers the person’s nose and mouth when the person is in a public place and cannot easily
maintain a continuous distance of at least six feet from all other persons. Persons who are seated at a
restaurant or other establishment that offers food or beverage service, may temporarily remove the
face covering while eating.

Yuma County: Any person who is over the age of two (2) who is in a place open to the public,

Cities:
Avondale: The wearing of face coverings by employees and customers is required in all retail
establishments, convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, gyms, any indoor sport or activity
facility, and medical offices. Such businesses must post notice of this face covering requirement at
their entrances.

Bisbee: All persons within the City of Bisbee will wear a mask designed for or appropriate to the halt
and the spread of COVID-19 virus while in public. Masks are not required in the confines of homes,
vehicles, or other non-public locations. Owners of establishments opened to the public may require
the wearing of masks at their discretion. Restaurants and establishments previously allowed to open
under CDC guidelines may remain open, while maintaining those guidelines to include:
Reduced seating
Six-foot social distancing standard between patrons or groups (families, etc.) of patrons

Bullhead City: An individual in an enclosed place of business and in areas open to the public, must
wear a face covering while in that business whether or not six feet of social distancing may be
accomplished. A face covering includes a surgical mask, cloth cover or other similar material that
covers the nose and mouth.
All persons who own, manage, or are employed by a business located in the City must wear a face
covering while on-duty and having direct or indirect customer contact, including persons working in a
kitchen or otherwise preparing or serving food or beverages to customers.
Each business must post signage notifying individuals of the requirements to wear a face covering as
provided by this order.
This order shall not apply to persons eating or drinking in a restaurant. It is the intent of this provision
that a face covering be worn at all times while moving about in the restaurant.

Carefree: During the existence of the local health emergency the use of face masks or facial coverings
