MAIN OFFICE INFORMATION
       SECOND SEMESTER ITEM PICK-UP
We still have several item packets that need to be picked up for second semester. Your students will need the
items in these packets to complete assignments and be successful this semester. You can stop by the school
any time between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm to pick them up.

       VIRTUAL LEARNING SCHEDULE
Starting 1/11/21, we will return to the Virtual Learning Schedule we were on prior to winter break. We will
remain on this schedule until students return to the building. You can find this schedule on our website. Here
is a copy. Virtual Learning Schedule

       ATTENDANCE REMINDERS
Attendance is very important to your child’s learning. Absences of any length interfere with student learning
due to the sequential process of concepts taught and the difficulty of completing make-up work. If absences
are unavoidable, we ask that parents please call the office, call the attendance line, or email the attendance
secretary when a student is not going to attend their zoom or in person classes.
The FCJH attendance line is 317-594-4398 or you can email the secretary at dpruett@hse.k12.in.us. Be sure to
include the reason for the absence. If you have a medical appointment, please provide documentation either
by scanning to the above mentioned email or faxing to our school at 317-594-4399. An absence will be
considered unexcused unless the office receives notification from a parent/guardian. Thank you for
partnering with us to ensure your student has the best sequential learning process as possible.

       COVID REPORTING
The district would like to encourage you to use the online form to notify the school of Covid situations
regarding your students. This saves numerous emails and phone calls. The Online Reporting is located on the
same web page as the Dashboard, but below is the link to the form:
