moms, grandparents, caregivers and their children from birth to six years. Children have the
opportunity to engage in experiences that promote inquiry and play-based learning. Children

Parenting is hard work, we can help! This is a free drop-in for dads, moms, grandparents, and

A free drop-in outdoor, nature program for dads, moms, grandparents and caregivers, with
their children, aged birth to 6 years, located at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre.
Children explore what nature offers in an outdoor play-based learning environment.

BABY TALK
Baby Talk is a free drop-in group for mothers, fathers and their babies age birth to one year.
Come and join this supportive and relaxed atmosphere. It is a chance to meet people, have
your questions answered, and seek support around the care and feeding of your baby. Each
week a different topic will be presented or information provided. Parents may drop in and
access information on a variety of topics. A public health nurse from Leeds, Grenville, Lanark
