Fee Inclusions

Fully furnished rooms – in either traditional or modern styles
All utilities (water, gas, electricity)

Weekly room cleaning by professional cleaners
Linen set including sheets, pillow, towel and blanket
Free laundry facilities
Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily - catering to all dietary requirements

Full membership to the UWA Gym, including all group fitness classes
Free parking (preference is given to returning residents)

* In recognition of COVID-19 related circumstances, St George's College has reduced the annual fee for 2021
by $2,450 ($1,225 per semester) for all residents , new and returning
Special Discounts
Sibling Discount
$200 discount off the College Fee for every sibling after the first attending the College at the same time.
Early Bird Discount
A $200 discount is applied if the College Fee instalments are paid at least 1 week prior to the
respective due dates. This discount is split over the number of instalments, 1 instalment will receive a
single $200 discount, 2 instalments will receive $100 discount per instalment and 4 instalments will
receive a $50 discount per instalment.

Summer Rates:
College residents are able to book full board accommodation at St George's outside the residential
contract period at a discounted rate starting from $47 per night for residents requiring summer
accommodation for reasons such as study, internships etc.
