The Organizing Committee and Chinese Ski Association are very pleased to invite your athletes to participate in the FIS
Ski / Snowboard Slopestyle and Big Air Asia Cup which will take place in CBS Wanda International Resort, China.
Competition will be conducted in accordance with the FIS International Ski Competition Rules (I. C. R.), and all of the FIS
members are invited to this competition, entries of the event are through email address below.

In order to help you to organize your participation smoothly, the Organizing Committee has prepared the enclosed
information for your reference.

Entries

Entries will be accepted from Asia Cup, affiliated to the FIS in
accordance with the FIS Continental Cup quotas and rules. Entries must be submitted
through the email address : cbsasiacup@foxmail.com

Entry Deadline
Preliminary Entry (Announcement of Team Size):         February 25th, 2020

Final Team Name list:                                   March 25th, 2020

Entry Fees
A mandatory participation fee of CNY 500 per competitor has to pay to the OC at
registration in cash or by credit card.

Registration
The registration will start on Wednesday April 1st from 09:00--21:00 at the
Competition office in the Holiday inn Express.

To be eligible for participation in the 2019/2020 FIS Asia Cup, each
competitor must be a citizen of the country from the National Ski Association,
and must have the FIS Code and a valid passport. All fees and deposits need be
paid in cash or credit card upon the registration.

VISA

To travel to China, most country citizens are required to have a Visa. Please send
us the photocopies of passports in advance. As soon as receiving your team
entries and passport copies, we will prepare and send you a visa invitation by
names. This invitation is required when you submit your visa application to the
respective Chinese embassy. Please also note that all passport must be valid for
at least half a year after you leave China. If you need to apply your visa in the
country which is different from your nationality, please inform us.

Accommodation

All team will stay in the Holiday Inn Express, which is 3 stars with Gym, restaurants and other facilities.
High Speed 6-person chair is 50 meters away from Hotel.

For over quota athletes and officials and extra days,
the Organizing Committee provides full board
accommodation at the price of
1150 CNY / night / SINGLE ROOM / person
850 CNY / night / DOUBLE ROOM / person

Transportation

Please set your flight destination Changbaishan Airport (NBS). The OC will provide transportation from airport
to the resort free of charge.

Offices

Competition office will be at conference room 3 on the main floor of the Holiday Inn Express

Prize Money

Prize money will be CNY 50000 at total and payment will be via bank transfer.
Prize money is subjected to income tax of China.

Insurance

All participates in the event shall do so at their own risk. All competitors must have their own insurance.
The organizing Committee, CSA and FIS decline any responsibility for accidents, damage or lost equipment and
second and third party claims during the event.

Anti Doping
Anti Doping control may be conducted for this event.
