                                               Overview
The Campsite will be open from 1pm on Saturday 11th August and will close at 1pm on Monday 20th
August.
This is the official Fleadh Cheoil approved campsite. There is 24hr support for campers with full
Stewarding, Fire and Medical support available.
There will also be a timetabled shuttle bus service from this campsite to the venues and the centre of
Drogheda town.
Facilities on site include:
                          24hrs Stewards and assistance
                          Drinking water points
                          Hot showers
                         Segregated changing room facilities in the Clubhouse with hot showers,
c                        changing rooms, toilets and socket facilities
                          A fully licenced bar with a music session area and seating area
                          Tuck shop and Hot Food vendor

Purchasing a ticket for yourself or a group for this campsite event confirms your acceptance of these T&C’s.
No Trading or selling of any kind is allowed in the campsite without pre-approval from the organiser.
Only cars, small car vans and motorbikes will be permitted to park in the Car Park.
Large vans will need to purchase a campervan ticket. No camping will be permitted in the Car Park in cars
or on the grass.
The use of amplified music is not permitted in the Campsite. Please respect the local community, keep
noise to a minimum.
No animals, other than guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site.
By accepting these T&C’s you give your express consent to your and or guests/minors, actual/ simulated
likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any
purpose at any time. This includes filming by An Garda Síochána or security staff which may be carried out
for the security of attendees and/or the prevention of crime. Please contact us prior to arrival should this
be an issue.

                                       Caravans and Campervans
The Family Caravan/Campervan area is strictly for adults who are accompanied by children 12 years and
under.
Caravan/Campervan vehicles will receive a window sticker upon arrival and wristbands will be provided for
each pre-registered attendee.
Vehicles towing Caravans must remain with Caravans in situ.
No tents or awing’s will be allowed to pitch in the Caravan/Campervan zones.
Caravans/Campervan must be road worthy and of a standard to comply with current legislation.
Trailer tents will be permitted but these attendees must purchase a Caravan/Campervan ticket.
Electricty- 1 quantity 16amp outlet, will be available per Caravan/Campervan. You must bring your own
connection cabling (20m minimum). Use may be restricted during the hours of 01:00-06:00am.

                                                     Tents
Electricity will not be provided for tents; however, lockable charging stations will be provided.
Power is also available in the changing rooms and designated areas.

                                                   Refunds
These tickets are non-refundable and as such should you not stay the duration of your purchase, refunds will
not be entertained.
Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined
by the organiser.

                                                  Age Policy
If under 18, attendees age must be specified upon purchase of ticket.
Food and Drink will be available for purchase at the campsite. The sale of alcohol is strictly to over 18
attendees only. You must be able to prove your age with valid identification if requested.
The campsite is open to people of all ages.
Children aged 18 years and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult, limited to a maximum of
two children per adult.
Special Identification Wristbands will be available for children under 12 and we encourage you to avail of
same upon check in.
Those wishing to stay in the ‘Family Campsite’ must be accompanied by children aged 12 years and under.

                                                   Ticketing
  Tickets are non-transferable. Should you wish to change attendees’ names post purchase, please
  contact organisers prior to event.
  Tickets must be valid and presented in full. You are responsible for your ticket prior to entering the
  event.
  Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange.
  You are responsible for your wristband. Wristbands are not transferable and cannot be used by different
  people on different days.
  Organisers will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.

                                               Health & Safety
  Your person and/or bag may be searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving, by a steward or
  a Garda. Any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on the behalf of
  the organiser will be refused admission or ejected from site.

  Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption
  to any other person, will be confiscated.
  Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be reported to the An Garda
  Síochána and refused entry.
  The organiser reserves the right to evict a customer and/or refuse admission, without a refund.
  Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to eviction. Please act responsibly.
  This is a working GAA and pitch as and such the organisers request that you respect the land on site and
  use pre-determined walkways.
  Please keep all signed emergency routes/exits free and unobstructed. Please comply with stewards if
  asked to reposition your Caravan/Campervan/Tent. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
  The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden onsite without written
  permission from the organiser.
  Please be advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear. This is a greenfield site and as such has
  an outdoor element open to inclement weather.

                                              Damage or Loss
 The organiser is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including confis-
 cations) or injuries sustained at this event - other than caused as a result of our negligence. Any personal
 property brought to the event is at your own risk.
 Prosecution may occur if you cause damage to the campsite venue, the campsite infrastructure, or cause
 harm to any other person at the campsite.

                                               Green Fleadh
 Sustainability is a key factor of Fleadh Cheoil 2018.
 There will be general waste bins and recycling points provided on site. We encourage you to segregate
 waste as instructed.
 Waste bags will also be available at the 24hr support desk should you wish to have one beside your site
 for the duration. Please ensure these are brought to the main waste hub in the Campsite when full.

                                                 Fire Safety
 Fires are not permitted anywhere onsite (with the exception of disposable BBQs in the Designated area).
 Anyone involved with starting a fire will be evicted from site.
 Smoking including electronic cigarettes is not permitted in the in enclosed spaces, Campsite Clubhouse
 and Bar.
 The use of disposable BBQ’s and cooking stoves are only permitted in designated BBQ areas. Gas BBQ’s
 are not permitted. There will be a designated area ‘BBQ picnic area’ where disposable BBQs can be used.

                                   Not Permitted at the Campsite
    Glass, drones, megaphones, smoke or gas canisters, aerosols over 250ml, airhorns, fireworks,
    flares, legal highs, illegal substances/ drugs, laser equipment/pens, nitrous oxide, floating
    lanterns, spray cans, high viz clothing.
    *Gas Cylinders/Canisters will only be permitted if fitted within a Campervan as per
    manufacturer specifications.
    Generators with the exception of those fixed in campervans (must be Diesel powered only).
    Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol. Only bring enough required for personal
    consumption.
    Under 18’s are not permitted to bring alcohol on site or to purchase alcohol at the campsite.
    Please note It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.
    Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is
    prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on
    site.
