Meatless Farm was founded with the intention of helping
people reduce meat consumption and to simplify swapping
meat for plant-based products.

Cooking Instructions
Frying Pan Remove all packaging. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a
medium heat. Add the ground to pan. Stir occasionally until browned and break down any
large pieces, reduce heat if necessary.

Cooking Instructions
Handling Information: Remove required number of unopened bags from the freezer. Do not open the bag while
defrosting. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume
within 48 hours. Once opened, unheated sauce should be stored covered in the fridge and used within 24 hours.
For best results cook from chilled. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only.
Steam: Shake the bag well and place unopened bag into a pre-heated steamer (set at 195°F with 90% humidity) and
steam for 20-25 minutes. A core temperature of 180°F must be achieved when reheating. Take care when opening pouch
as hot steam will escape. Once the sauce is heated transfer to a suitable pre-heated holding unit that will maintain a core
temperature of +145°F or higher.
Stove Instructions: Shake the bag well, open the bag on the corner and empty the contents of bag into a suitable
saucepan. Mix well and gently heat on a stove for approximately 22 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce reaches
a temperature of 180°F. Do not boil. Once the sauce is heated transfer to a suitable pre-heated holding unit that will

Cooking Instructions
Grill: Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Place onto the wire rack or a grill
pan. Grill for 6-8 minutes or until nicely browned. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
Frying Pan: Remove all packaging. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a low-
heat. Add sausages and cook, stirring regularly, reduce heat if necessary, until nicely browned
and a temperature of >170°F is reached.
Oven: Pre-heat the oven 350°F , convection. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray with
raised edges for 15-20mins or until nicely browned. Turn halfway through cooking time.
