Required Hanging Method Instructions
Please be advised that any Art or Photography entry that requires hanging must be prepared for
hanging prior to entry. Chair persons are not responsible for preparing the entries for hanging.

Photography is to be 5x7 or 8x10 in size and adhered to a piece of foam board appropriate to the
picture size. This will give the product the weight it will need to properly hang and not be damaged
while on view. Once you have adhered the art or photo to the foam board simply hot glue a strong
paper clip or ribbon to the back of the foam board for displaying.
                                                      or
slip it into a three ring sheet protector. This sheet protector
will give us the capabilities of hanging your entry without damaging it.

Again we are not responsible for any prep work and we will not have the resources for you to
                                        prepare on site.
