Greetings!

In this edition, we feature a mix of recruiting/hiring and leadership topics, beginning with a
follow up post on trust, which was recently posted.

We also continue our six-part series covering the best online resources for job seekers. In
this latest post (part three in the series), we cover external recruiters (also known as third-
party or agency recruiters), making the case for their use in job search and ongoing career
management.

Two popular posts from the AJO Blog explore two related themes of learning agility and
change, while two studies from beyond our Blog explore U.S. hiring trends and human
capital issues as seen through the lenses of CEOs.

We hope you enjoy our selections and would love to hear from you if you have an idea for
our Blog, or would like to submit a guest post.

the history of the Edelman Trust
Barometer with a 37-point aggregate

institutions. The public trust index
score imploded, down 23 trust points
to 45, the lowest of all 28 nations
surveyed. Edelman’s analysis states
that this decline is across every U.S.
age, gender and region surveyed.
