EMERGENCY HEALTH LOCKDOWN IN FRANCE
The confinement ended on the 11th May in France, but due to the
Coronavirus pandemic, the Emergency Health Lockdown (Etat
d’urgence sanitaire) is still in place.
● Many public places are fully or partially closed (schools,
libraries…).
● Many associations have stopped their activities. They will
progressively reopen in time. See pages 6-12 for information about
open help centres and associations.
● Several administrations services are now fully of partially closed,
and procedures and appeal deadlines have been adjusted.
See pages 27-29 for more information about procedures and free
social and legal help.
● Trips are no longer limited but rules have been put in place for
health reasons. See page 16 for more information.
● The spread of Coronavirus is an ongoing risk. See pages 17-19 for
more information about the illness and how to protect yourself
and others
