External Cladding
We are forming the external
envelope of the building.
The system that we are using is an
insulated panel that will have timber
cladding applied at high level and
gabion walls at low level.

Roofing
The roof will comprise of a series of
insulated membranes.
There will be a number of
ventilation points within the roof as
well as a bank of photovoltaic panels
on both high level roofs.
