Membership
As a member of The Spa at Brook Mollington Banastre you have full access to the gymnasium, you can take part in
one of the many exercise classes, relax in the 16m heated indoor pool, sauna steam room and jacuzzi or indulge in a
treatment.
When you join a full gymnasium induction is included with your membership. You will also have a
specifically designed fitness programme to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from your membership. Your team
of instructors are highly qualified and are always on hand to help and guide you. If you feel like you need extra motivation or
have specific goals to reach then ask about Personal Training sessions. It may cost more but the results are worth it!
