ALCOHOL POLICY
Mercedes-Benz Stadium works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Our alcohol policies are listed below:
- All guests purchasing alcohol, who appear to be younger than 30 years old, must present a valid ID
- No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be impaired
- There is a two (2) alcohol drink limit, per transaction, at concession stands, portable concessions and
by roving vendors

- Alcohol sales on the concourses and in the seating areas will generally end at the end of the 3
quarter
- Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion
- Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest
- Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest
- Glass beverage containers may not be removed from Club/Suite areas
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the
stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guests being
ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked
- All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting stadium property
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The main goal of Mercedes-Benz Stadium event management team is to take reasonable steps to
protect the safety and security of all guests, employees, and other assets. Mercedes-Benz Stadium
does not allow the following items:
- Aerosol Cans - Professional cameras and
- Animals (except Service Animals) equipment including lenses in
- Any outside food or beverages excess of four inches, tripods,
- Backpacks of any size monopods
- Banners, posters, flags larger than - Projectiles of any kind (including
4’ x 3’ inflated balls of any kind, frisbees)
- Clear bags larger than 12”x 6” x 12” - Rollerblades, skateboards, or
- Coolers or containers of any size hoverboards of any kind
- Drones - Streamers and confetti
- Illegal substances, drugs, or - Selfie Sticks
chemicals of any kind - Strollers
- Instruments of any kind - Weapons, smoke or fireworks of any
- Laser pointers kind
- Metal, plastic, glass, or aluminum - Whistles, air horns, or noisemakers
containers of any kind of any kind
- Poles and staffs of any kind (metal,
plastic, or wooden) unless pre-
approved by Event Management
All guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive
language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the stadium and may be subject to
arrest.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
In order to provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into the
stadium, Atlanta Falcons is implementing the Clear Bag Policy for all home games in 2018. This
policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium.
We strongly encourage all fans to NOT bring any type of bag(s). Fans will be able to carry the
following style and size bag, package, or container into the stadium as outlined below:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. One-gallon clear
plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into
the stadium.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate
designated for this purpose.
Bag valets are available at Gates 1, 2 and the North Premium Seating entry on Field Level.
The ATL CAST will be given the opportunity to monitor themselves, however SAFE will have a
presence in your sections for any issues that may arise. We encourage CAST leaders to ensure that
all members follow the all stadium policies and are familiar with the NFL Fan Code of Conduct found
below. Should you experience any issues within your section, please locate your nearest SAFE
member or text RESPECT to 69050 for immediate assistance.

ATLANTA FALCONS | 2018 – 2019 SEASON FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The National Football League and its teams are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and
enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans
attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a game, you
are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field).
- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel.
- Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans.
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons
occupying their seats. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event
patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons
and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket
privileges for future games.

APPROVED ITEMS (FOR ATL CAST)
- Guests are encouraged to show their support and may bring handheld signs, banners, & flags
to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, provided they are event related and in good taste as determined by
stadium security.
- Signs cannot be commercial, political or obscene in nature.
- Signs may not be affixed or hung anywhere within Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
- Signs may not be displayed in a manner that obstructs the views of other fans nor stadium
scoreboards/advertising signage.
- The signs must be made of a paper or lightweight cloth-like material.
- Signs cannot utilize wood, metal or similar types of materials for support.
- Maximum dimensions of a sign are 3' x 5'
- Signage not permitted within the stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the
guest wishes to return it to their vehicle.
- Signage cannot be battery operated or contain lights.

- 7:00am – Tailgate Load-In/Set-up at American Family Insurance Fan Village
- 9:00am – ATL CAST Tailgate Start Time
o (All vehicles must be removed and load-in/set-up must be complete)
- 10:00am – American Family Insurance Fan Village Opens
- 10:10am – DJ begins playing music – MC notes to follow
o Welcome ATL CAST – An Officially Recognized Supporters Club of the Atlanta Falcons
§ 2-3 CAST members on stage to welcome Fans and to speak about the CAST and lead
cheers/chants
- 10:55am – ATL CAST Trivia
o CAST members take stage to ask Falcons trivia questions for fans to guess for prizes
§ Prizes provided by Live Events team
o End this with another Public Announcement about signing up for the CAST, as well as teasing
about the Bird Walk processional to the gates.
- 11:00am – All Mercedes-Benz Stadium Gates Open; Front Porch Opens
- 12:00pm – ATL CAST Flock Party/Bird Walk Starts
o Members of the ATL CAST meet our Drum corps behind the stage
o Create raving energy to begin “Bird Walk” processional to Gate 2
o ATL CAST members enter last two lanes at Gate 2; Members will rally around the Falcon until
all members are checked in with security
o After security check-in is complete, members will enter the stadium chanting in the Overlook.
o 40 ATL CAST SRO Participants will take place at Overlook Stage until the end of the game (in
crowd control stanchioned priority area in front of the stage)
§ 40 participants will have credentials for that Overlook Stage priority space
- 12:15PM American Family Insurance Fan Village Closed/Bird Walk ends
o ATL CAST Tailgate continues until end of game
§ SAFE guard is needed until egress is complete

o Tents/Food/Beverages/Alcohol/Tables/Chairs start to slowly breakdown at end of 3 quarter
- 1:00pm – Kickoff
- 4:00pm – Falcons Victory/Tailgate Clean Up
- 5:30pm – ATL CAST Load-Out after egress

TAILGATING LOGISTICS
All tailgating logistics within the American Family Insurance Fan Village for the ATL CAST must be
communicated with the CAST Liaison no later than 7 days prior to Gameday. This includes food and
beverage plans, sponsor activations, and any other pertinent information for setup and execution on-
site.

CAST SRO PARTICIPATION OPTIONS
1. Bird Walk + SRO “Super Fan” Overlook Stage ONLY Participation
(Participants must sign up for this option on the CAST website for this opportunity. Erin works
with the CAST membership chair to pick 20 new members for this opportunity each week).
Members participating are required to stand by the Overlook Stage all game to cheer and
chant through-out the game. These CAST members must also lead the Bird Walk processional
to get to their spots in front of the stage on time). Free entry. – 20 members
2. Flag Team + SRO “Super Fan” Overlook Stage Participation
(Participants must sign up for this option on the CAST website for this opportunity. Erin works
with the CAST membership chair to pick 20 new members for this opportunity each week).
Participants must show up 4 hours and 30 minutes ahead of kickoff to participate in rehearsal,
etc. By signing up for this opportunity, note: members will not be able to leave the stadium
after arrival, even for the CAST Tailgate. Participants will receive a meal voucher for
participating as well. After participation, members will be escorted by Jared Winston to the
Overlook Stage to join the other CAST members at the stage to cheer and chant all game. Free
entry. – 20 members
3. Purchasing an SRO ticket - $59 via CAST website. The CAST allows members to prepay for
tickets on their site ahead of time and works with our group sales team each week to make
one group purchase of tickets to then distribute mobile tickets to members who prepaid online
for this option. This ticket allows members to enjoy the game from any SRO areas in the
stadium. No participation with stage required.
• Note: 20 members will be chosen for each opportunity from the waitlist for each home game
for participation (40 total participants for each game). Participants will also receive their
credentials for entry into the stadium on gamedays. Each week the chosen participants will
receive a confirmation email from Erin Washington, Falcons Marketing Coordinator.

MOBILE TICKETING
Mercedes-Benz Stadium will utilize self-service turnstiles for entry into the stadium. Fans should
scan their Gameday Card or mobile ticket and then proceed through the turnstile. Staff will be
located at each gate to troubleshoot any issues you may experience upon arrival. Please proceed
through security and find the nearest attendant.
DESIGNATED ENTRY
Recognized supporters participating in the “Bird Walk” will have a designated entry of 2 lanes located
at Gate 2. Upon conclusion of the Bird Walk, these lanes will open for all guests to use. Please inform
your members that any “pre-approved items” may come through Gate 2 only during this designated
processional time.
