Website: www.nitrr.ac.inThe candidates who have accepted seats in CSAB-2019 in B.Tech./B.Arch. programmes of National
Institute of Technology Raipur for the academic year 2019-2020 through CSAB -2019 are advised to
report to the institute for admission and hostel allotment (subject to availability) along with the
documents listed here under as per the schedule given below.

the time of seat acceptance will be adjusted with the institute fee as applicable and balance amount
will be refunded on receipt of amount from JoSAA (CSAB) - 2019.
** GEN/OBC candidate claiming/ availing the exemption from tuition fee must have to produce the
family income certificate issued from competent authority (e.g.DM/DC/SDM/SDO/Tahsildar) for the latest
financial year. Income certificate must be issued on or after 01/04/2019. Without annual income
certificate, student will not be given exemption from tuition fee.State Bank of India /HDFC (Payment Procedure is given below as Annexure-I)

In case of education loan etc, a demand draft in favour of “Director, NIT Raipur” Payable
at Raipur should be submitted.

(i) Document Verification cum Seat Acceptance Letter received from reporting
center.
(ii) Printout of current seat allotment
(iii) Proof of payment of fee paid by the candidate to NIT-Raipur.(If applicable)
(iv) Aadhaar Card/Any other valid Govt. issued Id proof
(v) Filled-in Admission Form ( Format attached as Annexure-II).
(vi) Admit Card of JEE(MAIN) 2019 &Score Card of JEE(MAIN) 2019
(vii) Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth
(viii) Pass Certificate and Marks sheet of qualifying examination (class XII)
(ix) Certificate of EWS/ OBC-NCL/SC/ST category by the competent
authority in the prescribed format(can be downloaded from
http://josaa.nic.in )
Document to be essentially brought at the time of admission
The GEN-EWS certificate should be issued dated on or after April 1, 2019.
The OBC-NCL certificate should be issued dated on or after April 1, 2019. The
certificate should clearly mention that the candidate belongs to non-creamy
layer and the caste of the candidate must be in the state-wise central list of
OBCs given at http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
(x) Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) in the prescribed format, if
applicable.(format PwD Certificate Proforma can be downloaded from
http://josaa.nic.in). Affidavit format only as per CSAB-2019.
(xi) Passport, if the candidate has passed the qualifying examination from
outside India; this is required for determining the 'State from which

National Open School for candidates having Senior Secondary Certificate;

(xviii) Undertaking by students & Parents ( Format attached as Annexure-IIIA & VI)
which must be Notarized by Oath Commissioner. For the students below 18
years age have to submit the undertaking attached as Annexure-IIIB in place of
Annexure-IIIA.
(xix) Income certificate issued from competent authority
(e.g.DM/DC/SDM/SDO/Tahsildar )for the Gen and OBC candidate claiming for
the exemption from tuition fees for the latest financial year. Income certificate
must be issued on or after 01/04/2019. Without annual income certificate,
student will not be given exemption from tuition fee.(xx) Filled-in Refund form attached as Annexure-V for SC/ST/PWD and
General/OBC whose family Income less than 5 lakh.
Note:
1. Documents mentioned under points (xiii), (xiv), (xv) and (xvi) will be
retained by the institute and remaining documents will be returned to the
candidate after verification.
2. One set of self attested copies of all the documents listed above.
3. If the original certificates are not in Hindi/ English, duly certified Hindi/
English version/ translation of such certificates will be required.
4. Candidates are instructed to keep sufficient number of Photostat copies
of the original documents submitted.
(i) Only limited number of seats for boys & girls are available in the hostels
of the Institute which are allotted strictly on the basis of merit and category.
Hostel (ii) The candidate are advised to make alternative arrangement, In case, they are
accommodation not able to get the hostel accommodation.
(iii) After institute admission, interested students must have to contact hostel
admission counter at the institute. Details of hostel admission fee are given at
in the institute website.

(iv) Hostel fee has to be deposited only after hostel seat is allotted to a student.
The institute is located on G E road in the city of Raipur, the capital of

about 20 km from the Raipur airport. The city is well connected to all the major
cities of India through Air. Railway station is on Mumbai-Howrah railway route in
South East Central Railway (SECR).

Procedure for Payment (SBI /HDFC)
1. The online fee payment option can be reached through NIT Raipur website www.nitrr.ac.in or
http://nitrr.ac.in/onlinepay.php
2. Click on the SBI or HDFC logo.
3. Payment through SBI:
• The disclaimer page will be open. Read the Disclaimer Clause and click on check box and proceed
button for making payment.
• Select Payment Category i.e “1st Year Admission Fee”
• Fill all the field correctly like courses (B.Tech.), Branch, Category, Year, Roll No., Name, Mobile No., E-
mail ID etc. (Special Note: mention JEE Mains Application no. in place of Roll No)
• Full due amount should be mentioned in the “Tuition Fee” field only.
• Click on the “Submit” Button
4. Payment through HDFC
• Select form type i.e FIRST YEAR ADMISSION FEE
• Fill all the field correctly like courses (B.Tech.), Branch, Category, Year, Roll No., Name, Mobile No., E-
mail ID etc. (Special Note: mention JEE Mains application no. in place of Roll No)
• Full due amount should be mentioned in the “Tuition Fee” field only.
• Click on the “Submit” Button
