Enjoy your aperitif, digestif or a fruity cocktail at the cosy hotel bar. Our bar team is looking
forward to your visit. From 05:30 p.m., our bartender will serve you fancy cocktails.
NATIOLI LOUNGE
Enjoy exclusive whiskies, rums and a select range of cigars in the lounge bar "Natioli" just
opposite the reception. The consumption of cigarettes and cigars is permitted here. Our
bar team will also be happy to mix various cocktails for you. We look forward to your visit
daily from 5:30 pm!
AMERICAN PUB “EL RICO”
The cozy sun terrace and the umbrella bar invites you for coffee. The restaurant and the
umbrella bar with American food is open for you. Our game saloon guarantees fun with
billiard, flipper and tabletop football.
BATHROBES Bathrobes and pool towels are provided in your room. More towels can be found at the
sauna area. You can purchase the bathrobe for CHF 50.00 and the SPA bag for CHF 15.00
at the reception.
BILLING Please sign your restaurant, bar and beauty receipts as they will be charged daily directly
on your room account. To avoid wrong chargings please check your receipts carefully.
BLANKETS On request, we can bring an extra blanket to your room. Please contact our reception
staff.
BREAKFAST For a good start in the day you may join our hot and cold breakfast buffet in the Chasa
Montana restaurant from 07:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
BUS SERVICE You can use the Samnaun bus for free with your guest card. You get all time schedules at
the reception.
CABLE RAILWAY The cable railway service is free of charge with your guest card and operates daily
(25th June until 10th October 2021) from 08:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m. every 30 minutes. The
connection to Austria and Ischgl is open from 25th June until 19th September 2021. Please
do not forget your guest card.
CAFÉ Our restaurant “La Pasta” is open daily from 08:30 a.m. onwards. Enjoy our homemade
cakes and excellent ice cream variations.

PLAYROOM The children's playroom is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00 and may only be entered with
slippers. We offer free childcare 5 days a week between 14:00 and 18:00 (on request also
outside the childcare hours CHF 25.-/hour) for children from the age of 3. You can find the
childcare days and the programme in the weekly programme, which is displayed in both
lifts, or ask at the reception.
CIGARS You can find a wide range of cigars in our Natioli-Lounge (open from 5:30 p.m.) or in our
walk-in humidor in the Duty Free Shop Arcada & ZEGG Cigars across the street.
COAT HANGERS In your room you will find various hangers. If you need more, please contact our reception
staff.
COSMETICS Choose from a great selection of face- and body-treatments from our Montana SPA
brochure. Our highly qualified beauticians look forward to your visit. For reservations call
directly the SPA (Tel.: 1070) or reception (Tel.: 1000) – advanced bookings are highly
recommended.

CULINARY Our head chef Bernd Fabian and his team will pamper you with exquisite and excellent
half board gourmet menus. Additionally, you can find culinary treats and fine dishes in our

Montana restaurant).

DOMESTIC
ANIMALS There is a daily fee of CHF 25.- per animal, excluding food. Pets are not allowed in the
large Chasa Montana restaurant and the wellness area. Alternatively, you can take them
with you to our restaurant “La Pasta”. If you would like to bring your four-legged friend to
breakfast, please inform us and we will be happy to provide a table in the lobby.
E-BIKES Enjoy your exploration tour with an E-bike which you can rent free of charge at ZEGG Sport
& Mode. For more information, please see the reception.

FIRE EMERGENCY Please have a look at the attached information and the emergency exit, which is posted
at your room door. Please keep calm and do not panic! Our staff will assist you.
FLOWERS We would be happy to organize these for you. Please let the reception know your wishes
in time, as there is no flower shop in Samnaun and the organization can take 2 to 3 days.
GO GREEN Step by step we would like to ensure a more sustainable hotel stay!
• From now on we do without the automatic change of bed linen. If you would like us
to change your bed linen, please fill in the GO GREEN note in your room and place it
on your pillow!
• We will only change towels in the bathroom, if you leave them on the floor.
• We also ask you to be careful with your towels in the indoor pool and sauna!

GOLF The nearest golf course is in Vulpera (9-hole course). As a partner hotel, you receive a 25%
green fee reduction on your 9- or 18-hole round. The reception will be happy to arrange

GYM The gym is situated in our Montana SPA in the basement and open daily from 07:00 a.m.
until 09:00 p.m. You can use all of our “Lifefitness” fitness equipment on 100m2. If you
need an instruction, our SPA-team will be at your disposal (with appointment). Kids under
10 years are not permitted in the gym. Children aged 10 to 16 years are just allowed to
use our gym if they are with an adult. The use is at your own risk.

“LA COUPE” Treat yourself with a new style and enjoy the exclusive products. The salon is located in
our Montana SPA at the basement. You will find the current opening times at reception.
For reservations call directly the salon (Tel.: 1071) or reception (Tel.: 1000).
Please note: In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, we have
to charge 30 % of the total amount of treatment as cancellation fee.
HEATING You can control the heating in your room and bathroom directly on the radiator. The
modulator is located on the underside of the heater. We recommend position 3.
HIKING TRAILS You can get a panoramic map of hiking trails, mountain bike routes and the various nature
trails at the reception, as well as further information and experience reports. We also
recommend the "Outdoor Activity" app.

INTERNET We offer a free internet access in the whole hotel. For the connection to the world wide
web you will need a password but no special configuration.

in our lobby. In case of problems we will order an EDV support service on your wish. The

IRONING SERVICE With pleasure our housekeeping supervisor irons your clothes. Apart from clothes made
from special materials (silk, cashmere, etc.). Returned within 1 hour, daily between 07:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m.. Please contact the reception.
KEY CARD Your key card opens the room door, safe, the entrance door, Montana SPA and the garage
(if booked). Please take your key card with you if you are coming back to the hotel after
11:00 p.m. to open the entrance door.
LAUNDRY SERVICE You can find laundry bags in your wardrobe. We cannot accept garments for dry cleaning.
If you hand in your clothes before 09:00 a.m. at reception it will be cleaned within the
next 9 hours.
LUNCH PACKAGE You can create your own “Montana lunch bag” at the breakfast buffet every day. If you
plan to check-out before breakfast we can offer you a lunch package. Please order until
09:00 p.m. the evening before at reception. For “Early Birds” we can prepare as well a
breakfast with coffee/tea in our lobby before your early hiking trip.
MASSAGE Find recreation and relaxation with one of our massages. Please refer to our Montana SPA
brochure, which is available in your room. Appointments can be made directly with our
beauty team (extension: 1070) or at the reception (extension: 1000).

MATTRESSES All our mattresses are part of the VALEO-sleeping system and each mattress has a soft
and a harder side. We prepared for you the soft side. If you wish to sleep a little bit harder,

MONTANA SPA In the Montana SPA with 1,500m2 in Roman architecture, we would like to introduce you
to the place where you discover your personal wellness balance - feeling good in luxurious
ambience & design, with the most beautiful materials, best products from Ligne St. Barth,
Sisley and Fuhlendorf and enchanting fragrances.
MOUNTAIN BIKES To explore the mountain world by bike, free mountain bikes, downhill mountain bikes and
electric bikes are available for rent at the ZEGG Sport & Mode shop. We also offer downhill
mountain bikes for rent. You will also find suitable protective clothing and helmets with
us.
To increase your safety, we provide you with the helmet free of charge.
NON-SMOKING
ROOMS All our hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only allowed on your balcony with
closed balcony door or in the Lounge-Bar “Natioli”.
PHARMACY A first aid-kit is provided at reception (plasters, bandages, aspirin). Special medicine can
be ordered at the drugstore next to the “El Rico” or at the Alpin Apotheke Samnaun (close
to the El Rico):

“LA PASTA” The restaurant is open daily from 08:00 a.m. We offer an extensive menu with exquisite
dishes from national and international cuisine, as well as smaller dishes for in-between
hunger pangs. Italian specialities such as pizzas from the wood-fired oven and pasta dishes
are prepared in the open show kitchen. Hot meals are served continuously from 11:45
a.m. to 09:30 p.m. You can reach the room service in the restaurant "La Pasta" by calling
1090. Between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. we serve dishes from our afternoon menu.
GOURMET RESTAURANT
„LA MIRANDA“ In our Gourmet-Stübli "La Miranda" we spoil you from Tuesday to Saturday from
06:30 p.m. to 08:00 p.m. (arrival time) with delicacies, seasonally prepared with the
highest quality products. The Gourmet-Stübli has been awarded 16 points in the Gault
Millau Guide 2021 and received a Michelin star in 2021. Our chef Bernd Fabian is looking
forward to spoiling you. Only with reservation.
“BÜNDNER
STUBE” The rustic Arven Stube in Chalet Silvretta with original Engadine wood radiates warmth.
Chef Steven Del Regno cooks traditional dishes from the region and refines them with his
craft. Open for you from 8th July to 12th September 2021 from 06:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.

“EL RICO” Visit El Rico, our American pub right at the entrance to the village. In the restaurant and
in the “Schirmbar”, you can enjoy delicacies from the American-Mexican cuisine. In the
gaming saloon you can amuse yourself with billiards, pinball and table football.
ROOM MAIDS Our housekeeping supervisor Vera and her team will be happy to assist you. If there are
any queries, please phone the reception.

SAUNA AREA Enjoy our Montana SPA with different relaxing zones. From 01:00 p.m. the panorama
Finnish sauna, aroma steam room and grotto with whirlpool are at your disposal. From
02:30 p.m. the salt steam bath, bio sauna, the infrared cabin and outdoor saltwater pool
are heated. Exclusively for all ladies we open our Lady-SPA with sauna and steam bath on
request. Please let us know 30 minutes in advance at reception.

6SAUNA ETIQUETTE In order to avoid embarrassment, we ask you as a guest in the sauna and steam room to
observe some behavioral tips: Avoid the previous consumption of foods with a lot of
garlic. Because it is exhaled through the skin and that smells unpleasant. Washing yourself
before the sauna session should be self-evident. Likewise, after every «sweaty» sauna
session, you should take a shower before you use the pool. Slippers are not allowed in the
cabin. If you do not want to sit naked with strangers in a room, you can wrap yourself in
a towel. In addition, sauna keepers need a towel to sit on. Swimsuits, bikini and bathing
suits are not allowed in the sauna for hygienic reasons! When sitting down, pay attention
to a little distance to the next man. Too indiscrete and loud conversations are not desired
in the sauna!
SECURITY The money and articles of value inside the safe in your room are insured with a worth of
maximum CHF 20’000.–. Articles with a higher value or a bigger amount of money can be
deposited inside the hotel safe at the reception. Please note that we cannot assume any
liability or responsibility for articles of value or money left in the room. Thank you for your
understanding!

SEWING SERVICE Our housekeeping team will arrange small sewing services for you. Please contact
reception.

SHOE CLEANING
SERVICE The shoe cleaning and drying room is located in the ski cellar on the ground floor. There
you will find shoe cleaning utensils including shoe brushes, sponge and waterproofing
spray for your perfect equipment. The shoe shine machine is located in front of the ski
cellar in the basement. If you hand in your shoes in the laundry bag to the reception by
09:00 a.m. in the morning, they will be returned to you on the same day.

SMARTPHONES &
TABLETS Out of consideration for all other guests of the hotel and not to disturb the ambience, we
ask you kindly not to use smartphones and tablets in our restaurants as well as the sauna
area and at the swimming pool. Please turn off your phone silently and leave the
restaurant to make a phone call. Thank you for your understanding!
SOLARIUM The solarium is situated in front of the gym in the Montana SPA. Coins can be bought at
reception or at the SPA reception. (1 coin CHF 15.- for 10 minutes)
SWIMMING POOL The indoor swimming pool is available to our hotel guests daily between 07:00 and 21:00.
Children may only use the pool when accompanied and supervised by an adult who is fit
to swim.
TENNIS 2 sand-courts are located next to the Shell station in Samnaun-Ravaisch.
