Agent registration and account security
You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and the Agency or other
representatives and members of your agency on whose behalf you are acting while participating in the site.
All customer details held by Agent Tracker shall be kept confidential and not used for any other purposes other than for those deemed necessary or previously agreed.
Under no circumstances will Agent Tracker be liable for any of the following losses or damages (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
(a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third
parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of Agent Tracker regardless of the form of action.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Agent Tracker takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being
temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
You are obliged to facilitate your customers at the start of the transaction with the means to gain the one off password needed to leave a review about your service.
Passwords should be given on a non biased basis and Agents must comply with terms of the site.
We reserve the right to randomly monitor the agent’s attitude towards password generation. We reserve the right to cancel or restrict the agents access the site
if it apparent that the agent is not in compliance with the password
You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
Agents will need to achieve a quarterly average of 80% or above of good ratings to qualify for the customer approved certificate.
You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time.
We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of the site.
