Since 2002, the ESSEC International Recruitment Day has established itself as a meeting place for
young graduates interested in getting professional experience abroad, in Europe, but also in the
Middle East, in Africa and in Americas.

ESSEC prepares future international executives thanks in part to its three campuses in Cergy,
Paris and Singapore, and the school’s international outlook: every year, ESSEC welcomes some
1,300 international students and instills curiosity, openness and responsibility in its entire student
body. In an ever more interconnected world, our students and alumni take on the challenges
of working in multi-cultural environments and with different management styles. But more
importantly, they learn from these experiences.

     Une fois votre profil sélectionné, vous êtes invité(e) à nous
     rencontrer sur la base d'un processus en 2 tours :
     - 1er tour individuel (2 entretiens successifs de motivation,
     personnalité et résolution d'une étude de cas) ou en groupe
     (résolution groupée d'une étude de cas)
     - 2ème tour individuel (2 entretiens successifs de motivation,
     personnalité et résolution d'une étude de cas)

     - Apprentis : nous recrutons des apprentis pour 2 périodes de 6
     mois au sein de notre Cabinet. Le processus de recrutement est
     identique à celui des stagiaires.

     - Emploi
     Une fois votre profil sélectionné, vous êtes invité(e) à nous
     rencontrer individuellement sur la base d'un processus en 3
     tours. A chacun de ces 3 tours, vous êtes amené(e) à échanger
     successivement avec 2 consultants autour d'une discussion et
     d'une étude de cas. Vous rencontrez, en dernier tour, 2 associés
     du cabinet.
