04      EOI
                   Once your property has been selected we will

                   deposit of 10% of the purchase price.

                   06 Settlement
                   Settlement is when the ownership of the
                   property is transferred from the vendor to the
                   purchaser. This is when you should consider
                   how you will be financing the remaining
                   amount due to the vendor, any other
                   payments, property management, tenant
                   selection and any other requirements for the
                   property.
