5 1000 5 Sports Participants Workshops A unifying sport and educational event for teachers around the world. Through the ISF Universal Teachers Games, the ISF wishes to create a unique event combining sport and education for all teachers. The objective is to promote school sports by offering teachers an unforgettable experience and the recognition they deserve. The ISF intends to bring together teachers and allow them to exchange knowledge and good practices during this event. The ISF Universal Teachers Games will give a voice to the main actors of school sport, teachers and will assist in their training. The importance of sport at school, its positive impact on the health of the players, pedagogical innovations, disability at school or the implementation of educational projects by teachers are subjects that the ISF Universal Teachers Games intend to highlight. This event will be a world first and will bring together a large community of teachers involved in sport and education for young people. Poreč, Croatia 26/10/21 to 31/10/21 1
Organised by: International School sport Federation The International School Sport Federation (ISF) organises the biggest international grassroots and competitive sport events for schools. Founded in 1972, the ISF is an international non-profit sport organisation, acting as the umbrella organisation and governing body for national school sport organisations around the world, organising sports and educational events. Recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) since 1995, the ISF currently consists of 132 members over the five continents organising over 10 events per year and has more than 30 different sports included in its competition programme. With the first edition of the ISF Universal Teachers Games, the ISF wants to create a new type of event and offer a unique experience to the main actors of school sport: teachers. Basketball 3x3 Futsal Volleyball Chess Table Tennis With 3 team sport competitions and 2 individual sport competitions, the ISF Universal Teachers Games 2021 will give the opportunity to teachers from all over the world to challenge themselves and compete in high quality venues. All competitions are organised according to international sport federation rules. Education, learning International conference on the role of sport in education and daily workshops The Universal Teachers Games are a unique opportunity for the teachers to share knowledge, experience, best practices and compare teaching methods. The aim of ISF is to maximise the interaction between professional educators and provide them a platform for exchanging, based on their pedagogical and educational experiences. The educational activities will be developed on two main pillars. The first one is organising conferences and seminars in cooperation with the ISF partners coordinated by the Fédération International d’Education Physique (FIEP) to introduce the main topics. The second one is based on workshops, on a peer-to-peer approach, the participants are invited to express interest during the event if they would like to run a workshop. To conclude the event, the ISF will publish a declaration to do an international call on the role and lifelong learning of physical education teachers for setting up inclusive and quality physical education programmes in schools, daily. 3
Culture, discovering Discover the history and landscape of Croatia through Poreč and the region Embark on a trip through time to 200BC when the hill-fort settlements of Picuga and the top of Sveti Anđel (Holy Angel) were founded on surrounding higher ground from where the inhabitants could better defend themselves. Daily city tour visits will allow you to visit Poreč and Istria. Mediterranean surroundings, a gentle climate, fertile land and lush vegetation make of Poreč the perfect destination. To fully enjoy the experience, additional activities such as wine tasting sessions and visits to museums are included in the premium packs. Entertainment, exchanging Enjoy a festive event and celebrate school sport with the teaching community The ISF Universal Teachers games promote and celebrate school sport and its main actors: teachers. Throughout the event, non-competitive activities such as entertainment nights will animate the event. Participants can gather in the animation centre and interact on a daily basis, working out challenges and games, allowing them to experience lively and enjoyable moments. Each evening an entertainment night will be organised and will bring together all teachers. The ISF aims to provide an unforgettable experience to all participants and build a strong teacher community around school sport. 4

Please contact the relevant Embassy or Consulate to consult on the visa application procedure. Should participants require an invitation for visa purposes please contact: agency@idea-2-project.com Each participant is required to provide insurance. At a minimum the insurance is to cover civil liability, material damage and medical costs. Accreditation The Accreditation centre will be located at the Intersport hall. During accreditation, individuals or team representatives (coach or 1 of the teachers) must be present. At accreditation, the Identification form (valid ID/passport) will be checked, bearing family name, first name, photograph, nationality and date of birth for each participant. Additionally, proof of fee payment is requested in the case of a bank transfer or card payment (please refer to "payment" section) Accreditation cards will be handed to each participant at the end of the accreditation process. 5

The ISF Universal teachers games will be held under the ISF sport-specific rules, under the supervision of the ISF Technical Commission of each concerned sport. The ISF Universal teachers games are open to participation for both individuals and teams. Individual participants and teams can compete in one (1) sport. Each team agrees to compete against all other participating teams. Each participant agrees to compete against all other participants. The ISF Universal teachers games medals will be awarded to individuals (in both individual and team sports). First 3 places in team/individual sports will receive medals and diplomas. Each participant will receive a diploma of participation. If there are fewer teams in an age group the TC may decide to merge groups. Technical Rules The rules of the ISF Universal Teachers Games can be found at: www.isfsports.org Individual and team registration. Teachers can register: -as an individual for an individual sport, -as an individual for a team sport (in this case, a team composed of individual participants will be formed on spot) -as a team for team sports (in this case the team has to be fully formed*) *Please refer to the number of teachers allowed to create a full team for each team sport (see tables above per each sport). Sports Programme Individual sports The competition is organised for individuals and will be held in two stages: - Qualification tournaments - Final tournaments Qualification tournaments will be organised for each category. Number of rounds, time control, tie-breaks will be noted in the tournament regulations.: Each of the categories will be played individually Depending on their final ranking of the qualification tournament players in will then qualify for the finals in their respective category. Please note that in the document both profiles will be generally referred as teachers. Teachers registering for team sports as a full team can participate in the event with a coach. The coach will be a registered participant and will have to follow all relevant obligations and regulations. Any other person not specified during registration will not be considered part of the event and will not be accredited by the ISF. 8
Sport venues INTERSPORT HALL Distance from the hotel: Hotel Parentium: 400m Hotel Albatros: 100 m Intersport hall has two halls: a big hall and a small one. Basketball 3x3, Volleyball and Table Tennis will be organised here. BIG HALL INTERSPORT SMALL HALL INTERSPORT The dimensions of the hall is 44x35 m. The dimensions of the hall is 44x24 m. Capacity: 800 seats FOOTBALL PITCHES Distance from the hotel: Hotel Parentium : 500m Hotel Albatros: 200 m Four football fields, one of which has artificial grass and is FIFA Quality certified. Futsal will be organised here. 9

Guided wine testing of Istria: - guided tasting - introduction and the specifics of indigenous varieties of Istria. - guided tour of the cellar - introduction to the process of production and storage, wine education. The ISF and its local touristic agency will also offer the opportunity to participate in additional visits and activities for participants. How to register? Declare your interest Go on www.universal-teachers-games.com and click on the register button. After submitting the contact form you will receive an email leading you to the registration platform. Complete the registration Complete the registration by choosing your package and filling all the information required: Family name, First name, Date of birth, Gender, E-mail address, Phone Number, Country, city, address, Nationality, Photo, Dietary Requirements. The registration fee, depending of the chosen package, can be paid: - During registration by card payment, - After registration by bank transfer - At accreditation, by cash. See more information in the "payment" section. Registration opens 5th July and closes on 6th October. Join the event! After completing the registration form you'll receive an email confirming your participation for the event. You can already book your flight and, if you did not select the premium package, book your accommodation. 11
Payment The registration fee, depending on the chosen package, can be paid: - During registration by debit card payment If the registration has been done with multiple team members, the fee must be made in one payment covering all team members. - After registration by bank transfer Based on the package chosen, each participant can pay the fee by bank transfer to the ISF account, here below. All bank charges are to be covered by the participants. If the registration has been done with multiple team members, the payment must be made in one transfer covering all team members. A proof of payment by bank transfer must be brought to accreditation. For participants who choose the premium package, travel between the ports of entry and the official accommodation in Poreč will be arranged and financed by the ISF. For the participants choosing the basic package, travel to Poreč will be financed by each participant. During registration, participants choosing the basic package will be able to choose whether local transportation between the ports of entry and the official accommodation will be arranged by each participant or by the travel agency. In this case, ISF discounts will be applied to the transfer rates. Contacts to the travel agency will be established after registration. Accommodation All participants will be accommodated in the ISF official accommodation, being the Hotels Parentium and Albatros, Plava Laguna. For the participants choosing the premium package, accommodation will be arranged and financed by the ISF. For the participants choosing the basic package, accommodation will be arranged and financed by each participant. In this case, please note that after the registration submission, each registered participant will receive a promo code to benefit from a special discount for accommodation, specific for the Universal Teachers Games participants. COVID-19 measures C Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the ISF considers the safety of participants and all persons involved as priority. The ISF will closely monitor the development of the health and safety situation with the different stakeholders involved and will continue to keep all participants informed. The ISF will perform all necessary work relevant to COVID-19 in accordance with the joint prevention and control policies of the National Health Commission. The ISF will circulate an update report on the health and safety situation related to the pandemic COVID-19 regarding the relevant organisational phases of preparation of the Event. City of Poreč is in the part of Croatia which is considered as green zone (06/2021): https://www.croatiacovid19.info/ CROSSING THE BORDER – ARRIVAL IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA Please follow the applicable measures and instructions of the Croatian authorities. NEW CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY INTO THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA (06/2021) • Citizens of the EU and the countries and / or regions of the Schengen area and the countries associated with the Schengen area may enter Croatia with one received dose of the Pfizer, Moderna or Gamaleya vaccine if the dose was received more than 22 days ago up to a maximum of 42 days, or up to 84 days from receiving the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine. • Travellers from yellow or red rated countries/regions to enter Croatia can present either a negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) or a negative RAT (antigen) test (not older than 48 hours). • Children under the age of 12 who travel in the company of parents are exempted from the obligation to present a negative test result and to self-isolate if their parents have a negative PCR or RAT (antigen) test. • Persons who have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6 months are exempt from the obligation to obtain a negative PCR or RAT test and self-isolation. To prove that they have recovered from COVID-19, they must provide a positive PCR or antigen test that was done within the last 6 months, and older than 11 days, or a certificate of illness issued by a doctor. • Persons who have a certificate of COVID-19 recovery and have been vaccinated with at least one dose of the vaccine after the recovery are exempt from the obligation to provide a negative PCR/RAT test and to self-isolate for up to six months from the administration of the vaccine. • Persons who have received a second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine more than 14 days ago (for Johnson & Johnson first and only dose) are exempted from the obligation to obtain a negative PCR or RAT test and self-isolation. • People who come to the Republic of Croatia from green countries/regions are exempt from the obligation to provide a negative PCR test and to self-isolate. SPECIFIC ACCOMMODATION MEASURES General Plava Laguna is included in the SAFEGUARD Risk Prevention and Health Program of the international certification house Bureau Veritas. Hotels, apartments and resorts are in the process of being audited for the SAFEGUARD label. The dedication is to make participants stay completely carefree has been reaffirmed through the national safety label Safe Stay in Croatia. The goal of the project implemented by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports is to familiarise the visitors and tourism industry entities with the protocols and measures undertaken in Croatia at all levels of tourism activities. PREVENTION MEASURES AND COVID-19 PROTOCOLS AT PLAVA LAGUNA FACILITIES GENERAL MEASURES • A 2 m distance during the check-in at the reception desk; lounge furniture and recliner chairs in common areas have been rearranged to meet the prescribed social distancing measures (the space between deck chairs on the beach/in the wellness area, the space between restaurant and bar tables, waiting area furniture by the reception desk). • The PLAVA LAGUNA GUEST application enables contactless booking of restaurant tables for board meals and the Activities & Experiences programme. • Contactless dispensers with hand sanitisers are available in public areas and facilities, especially in places of frequent contact between the staff and guests, and among guests. • The lift control panel, stair railings and touch screens, if any, are disinfected frequently. • Except in the case of a family group, a maximum of two persons may use the lift at a time. • Chair arms, if any, are disinfected frequently. • Wearing protective masks in the reception area and in common areas is mandatory. • Protective masks and gloves are available to all guests upon request. STAFF • The staff is familiar with all the measures recommended by the World Health Organization, as well as national and local health institutions. • The staff members check their body temperature before heading to work on a daily basis and maintain good personal hygiene, especially by regularly washing and disinfecting their hands. • Use of prescribed protective equipment by staff during guest interaction is mandatory. • Additional hand sanitisers are available in staff areas. • The staff undergo specialised training courses about COVID-19 and related protection measures. • Vaccination of staff against COVID-19 is organized. RECEPTION AREA • Disinfectants are made available upon entering the reception area, where guests can read the notices about the recommendations and measures implemented to prevent the spread of infection. • The reception area is aired and disinfected thoroughly and frequently. • Daily disinfection of the reception desk and the pertaining floor area is carried out more frequently. • Signage and distance marks have been placed throughout the hotel to remind our guests to keep the prescribed distance and apply the protection measures. • Guests can use Plava Laguna online check-in service to speed up the check in process upon arrival. It's quick and simple. All direct guests will receive an email with booking confirmation including a link for quick online check-in form. By completing the form, guests can expedite the process, save time and ensure minimum contact with reception staff. • Guests can avoid queuing during check-out by scheduling their check-out time with reception staff or via mGuest app prior to departure. FOOD AND BEVERAGES • Contactless dispensers with hand sanitisers are available at restaurant and bar entrances. • Seating areas have been arranged to ensure the recommended social distance between guests. • Tables undergo thorough cleaning and disinfection upon every guest departure. • An additional protective plexiglass partition has been placed on the self-service tables at the restaurants. • Meals are served by staff at all times (guests are not in direct contact with food and food serving utensils). • Meals are served in two different time slots at buffet restaurants to ensure safe distance between guests at all times. • Booking a restaurant table is not obligatory, but is highly recommended and can be done via the PLAVA LAGUNA mGUEST application, allowing guests to view available tables and book one for each meal. • Daily disinfection of restaurant and bar floors is carried out more frequently. • Stricter food handling protocols and protections measures are applied. 17
ACCOMMODATION UNITS • Room cleaning meets high hygiene standards and includes an even more detailed surface disinfection. • Guests can enjoy complete privacy (staff will enter their accommodation unit only upon request). This service can be set up and changed any time via the PLAVA LAGUNA mGUEST application. • Contactless room service can be ordered via the PLAVA LAGUNA mGUEST application (the order is brought/taken away in front of the hotel room). • Additional bedding has been removed from the hotel rooms and is available upon request. COMMON AREAS • Health and safety guidelines, as well as social distancing indicators are present throughout the facilities for easy reference. • Disinfectants are available in busy areas. • Common areas and public sanitary facilities’ cleaning, disinfection and ventilation have been intensified. BEACHES, SWIMMING POOLS, SPORTS, ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCES • Health and safety guidelines as well as social distancing indicators are present throughout the facilities for easy reference. • Pool and beach sun loungers have been arranged to ensure social distancing measures, and are regularly and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. • All indoor areas are frequently aired. • All sports and animation activities have been modified to comply with the recommendations from relevant authorities. • Sports and e Activities & Experiences programme require prior reservation of service time - The PLAVA LAGUNA mGUEST application enables contactless reservation. • The wellness centre staff and guests must wear protective masks. • Wet saunas are not available at the moment. SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) TESTING IN PLAVA LAGUNA • In order to make your stay as carefree as possible, Plava Laguna is offer a possibility of testing in Poreč to all our guests. The tests are performed by the Croatian Institute of Public Health. Results for PCR and BAT (rapid antigen) test available by accelerated procedure in the shortest possible time. A prior announcement is required (at least 36 hours before) at the facility reception desk. • The price for the Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) is 17 € (125 HRK) and for the PCR test 63 € (470 HRK) per person. 18
