What do you like best about your pets?
He doesn’t realize he’s a dog. When we wake up in the morning
we hug everyone and tell them we love them and sit down for a
second and snuggle (since the rest of the day is full). When Bruno
wakes up or if he’s up before the kids, he stands up on his hind
legs for a hug from everyone and then jumps into the snuggle pile.
Any funny stories?
A few. We often giggle at what an “Internet troll” he is. Not that
he’s one technically, but he loves car rides and windows down. He
passes people in parking lots or in the car line and barks at anyone
and everyone. The moment the car door opens he cowers back and
hops in the very back seat to not be seen or messed with.
He’s better at barking at people from behind the glass window,
door, or fence. At bedtime, before he gets crated for the evening,
he’s sleeping on the living floor or couch. When I go to tell him
it’s bedtime he rolls over for a belly rub and then stiff-arms me if
I try to get close. He’s the first to jump up to the counter for the
breakfast call in the mornings.
How spoiled are your pets?
So far, he seems pretty spoiled. He gets a new toy and bag of
treats almost any time we have to go to the pet store or have a vet
appointment, and we go quite a bit between three animals.

Four years ago, my youngest daughter was turning 5 and I wanted
to give out cotton candy as a party favor for her birthday party.
However, I couldn’t find anything but unappealing, pre-packaged
cotton candy that didn’t have much flavor. So, I decided that I would
make my own and I bought a small home edition cotton candy
machine. Turned out, my little home edition machine wasn’t going to
be able to perform and make a large number of party favors as I had
hoped. This started my journey to research the art of cotton candy.

We provide unique flavors and experiences beyond the traditional
pink or blue cotton candy that you’re used to. We use raw organic
cane sugar, natural flavor, and vegan-friendly and gluten-free
ingredients with no hype, which means no artificial flavors or
colors! All our floss is made by hand in small batches with lots of
love. We offer a mobile cart service with fresh, on-site, hand-

How long have you practiced gardening?
I’ve only had a garden for two years on my own
but grew up with my mom always having a garden.
I started 2020 with two small above-ground beds
and expanded my garden in 2021 to six above-
ground beds.
What is your inspiration?
No inspiration really. It’s really refreshing to watch
something go from a seed to something you eat. I look
at my garden as therapeutic. I’ve always loved being
outside and it gives me a hobby that I really enjoy.
What is your favorite part about your garden? Which
plant(s) is your favorite to grow?
Most of all, I love going out with my coffee in the
morning and working in the garden. It starts my
day off right.
Do your children enjoy working in the garden
with you?
My two sons love the garden. They are out there
every morning with me. I often find rocks and dino-
saurs in my beds but it’s worth it because they are
learning so much.
