WELCOME
This year the Team at MW Tours has been dedicated to working with our
suppliers to ensure 2021 is a fantastic year to travel. Our small group sizes
and private touring are the perfect options for delving back into international
travel. We have reduced the maximum group sizes of our Cherry Blossom
& Garden Tour, allowing more room per traveller on our coaches.
Our Northeast Asia collection includes all our favourite tours. You will also
notice some packages highlighted as Signature Tours. While I love every
product in our brochures, these are my top choices (if made to choose!).
They include the most spectacular sights, fantastic accommodation, and
are the best value.
While Japan is always a popular destination, why not also consider Taiwan

SMALL GROUP SIZES, GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & SOLO TRAVELLERS
We guarantee our tours will depart with a minimum of two travellers
(excluding our best selling Cherry Blossom & Garden, and Japan Golden
Route Tours). This allows you to travel at the time that suits you best,
regardless of the popularity of the season. Popular departure dates
generally have group sizes of four to eight people depending on destination,
allowing you an intimate personalised experience.
If you are travelling as a single passenger, we try our utmost to match
you with another solo traveller in order for your tour to go ahead. As a
solo traveller you still retain the option for your own accommodation. Our
Single Supplements are the extra costs required for a solo traveller to stay
in twin share accommodation. We do our best to keep these additional
costs as affordable as possible.

Tipping is often a big worry for our clients, as it is often required in our
destinations but not here at home. By including it, we ensure our guides
receive the correct remuneration for their incredible service (based on
group size, tour duration, and more). Before your journey you will receive
your final travel documents, including air tickets, detailed intinerary,
accommodation details, and special destination information. We’ll also
provide you with 24hr local and overseas contacts. These contacts can
be utilised at any time, so you can travel with us worry-free.

Escorted Travel
We’re known for our Escorted & Fully Inclusive Small Group Tours. Everything
is organised in our air & land packages including international and domestic
economy class airfares, any cruise or train tickets, quality accommodation,
delicious local meals, airconditioned transfers, professional English speaking
local guides, all entrance and monument fees, tipping for your guides and drivers,
and more! One of the biggest benefits of travelling on a Small Group Tour, is
the personal and attentive service you receive from our guides. Depending on
group size you may also have an escort travelling from Australia. You will also
be travelling with other guests that share similar interests with you, helping you
to make new friends along the way!
Modular Travel
If you would like a little more independence or would just prefer not to have
everything included, our modular tours would be perfect for you.
A combination of day tours, accommodation & transportation.
Coaches will generally pick up and drop off guests from selected hotels.
You may need to meet at a dedicated pick-up point or be dropped in a central
area to make your own way home. This allow you to see the best sights in our
fantastic destinations, whilst giving you extra freedom to explore on your own.
Budget friendly, you can choose your own methods of transportation,
make your own way to hotels, or decide where to eat.
You could even pick from our range of Excursions to make your own tour.
Although they look like a tour, our Modular Travel actually operates on an
independent basis, which means you could be with different people & guides

It’s important to check all the inclusions and exclusions for each of these tours as they will vary a lot, depending on the location. Seat in Coach (SIC) Travel Many destinations often offer group tours that can be joined by travellers from all over the world. Known as SIC Tours, they allow English speaking travellers to join an escorted tour, with a National Guide who can best show you the highlights of a destination. MW Tours sell these tours on behalf of local suppliers and we only use the best SIC Tour providers to ensure our high standards are met. It’s important to note that these tours are mainly for first time travellers, so it’s best to keep in mind that they aim to show you as much as possible in a short period of time. Travel times each day may be as long as 12hrs to ensure you make the most of your experience. Tailor-made (FIT) Travel If our tours don’t have what you want, we can customise an itinerary that meets your needs! Travelling with family and friends is a great way to travel. If a group of 6-9 guests travel together, a discount
of 5% off the land only portion, per person, applies to your booking! For groups of 10 or more, MW Tours can

TOUR GRADING
Generally suitable for anyone to join with shorter duration and a slower pace for your enjoyment.
Tour may include longer periods on foot and climbing stairs as well as longer driving period.
Involves longer than expected walking, and possibly trekking which an active level of fitness is
required for. It may also involve itineraries with no more than one night in each location.
Long periods of walking can be quite challenging, especially amongst the crowds in Asia. Traditional style
accommodation may include bedding on the floor, and large steps in bathrooms. We recommend
that all travellers assess their personal fitness levels with a doctor before booking.

Arrive in bustling Tokyo. Check in to your hotel for the next two
nights. The rest of the day is free for you to explore at your own Japan World Heritage upgrade from
leisure. Why not travel to Shibuya and see the famous crossing,

Spend the morning on a city tour of Tokyo. Highlights will

Transfer back to Gokurakubashi by cable car, admiring the
spectacular views. You will take a train from there back to Shin
Imamiya, then transfer to Osaka, making your way to the hotel.

After breakfast the day is free at your leisure until it is time to
transfer to the Airport for your onward flight.

Day 01: Arrive Seoul (-/-/-)
Arrive in Seoul. Check in to your hotel for the night. The rest of
the day is free at your leisure.
Day 02: Seoul - Gongju - Jeonju (B/-/-)
Travel to Gongju and explore the Tomb of King Muryeong
and Gongsanseong Fortress. Continue to Jeonju and wander
through the traditional Hanok Village.
Day 03: Jeonju - Gwangju - Yeosu - Jinju (B/-/-)
After breakfast you will continue to Gwangju, home of modern
democracy in Korea. Then continue to Jinju for the night,
stopping at Suncheon and the port city of Yeosu along the way.
Day 04: Jinju - Busan - Jeju (B/-/-)
Explore Jinjuseong Fortress, famous for its link to the Japanese
invasion. Early afternoon flight to Jeju. You will be met on arrival
and escorted to your hotel to check in.
Day 05: Jeju (B/-/-)
Enjoy a day of sightseeing in beautiful Jeju. You will visit all the
most spectacular sights, from Cheonjeyeon Falls (also known HIGHLIGHTS

Wander through the UNESCO Biosphere Preservation District
of Seoraksan National Park, home to rare flora and fauna. Take
the cable car to Gwongeumseong Fortress*. Afterwards travel to
Seoul and make your own way to the hotel.

This morning you will take a tour of Seoul, including
Gyeongbokgung Palace, the National Folk Museum, and more.
Visit the famous Korean Folk Village.
