  which 19 daa is permanent.

What do we think about risk
•    Main principles for allocation of risk in the contract will be:
     - The risk shall be carried by the party most familiar with the risk and best able to control it
     - Risk allocation in the contract shall be fair (balanced) and well-defined
     - Compensation format will be compiled to reflect the above

•    Risk mitigation is also applied by:
     -   Reduced uncertainty through thorough geological and geophysical surveys
     -   Test pile driving in Mjøsa by contractor, to be considered
     -   Use of competitive dialogue for Tangenvika railway bridge
     -   Environmental regulations; Several permits for environmental emissions in good progress

•    The compensation format will aim for neutral liquidity
