    Payment information will be received over the phone after
    orders are received.

    Tree Order Deadline
    Friday, February 26th, 2021. Invoices will be mailed and
    must be paid in full by April 2, 2021.

About
If you are interested in planting your property with larger trees, then
the Spring Large Stock Program may be for you. The Essex Region
Conservation Authority offers 175 to 200cm tall native hardwood trees
(deciduous) and 40 to 120cm tall evergreens and potted native shrubs.

Eligibility
Own at least 1 acre of land in a single property within ERCA’s watershed.

Our Standards
We work closely with our private sector nursery partners to ensure:
• Product quality
• Proper storage and transportation of trees
• Trees are in excellent condition at time of pick up

Ordering
Minimum
Minimum 15 trees, any combination of hardwoods (in quantities of 5),
evergreens, or shrubs

Deadline
Orders must be received by Friday, February 26th, 2021.

Order Pickup
Customers will be notified by mail when trees are ready to be picked up.
Typically tree pickup dates coincide with a weekend at the end of April.
Notification packages include invoice information, payment instructions,
pickup dates, times and locations along with maps.

         Note
         Once the trees leave the facility, we are
         unable to extend a guarantee on tree survival.

Evergreens
There are only two native evergreens to Essex County:                           Can be ordered in single units per

How to Order Trees
Completed Order Forms may be delivered to ERCA in one of three ways:

          Orders must be received by Friday, February 26th, 2021 and be accompanied by the $5.00 per tree deposit.

           Pickup times and location will be arranged after confirmation of your order.
