Conference and accommodation will be at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, corner Sydney
and Stanley Streets.

We have negotiated a 3 day rate at a brand-new 4 star hotel, which includes
accommodation and breakfast for Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, so that everyone
can stay at the same hotel as the conference venue.

This is a superb venue and our buyout rate means only conference attendees will be at
the hotel, so it is important that everyone stays at the hotel.

Lawlink will manage accommodation bookings.

8.45am Session 1: Reach for the Summit
                     Rob Stewart-McDonald | HQNZ

                     HOW DOES IT WORK?
Participants will form teams and put themselves in the
position of real climbers as they make decisions about a
series of challenging scenarios that come to life on the
big screen. The objective of this simulation is to virtually
summit a peak in the Southern Alps, within a specific time
                     frame and budget.
Before the climb begins, each team will choose a goal,
select a leader and agree on a set of guiding principles.
After that, success will depend on each team’s ability to
interpret the environment, adapt to change, manage risks
and solve an increasingly complex set of problems.
