Lease Conference Dubai 2021
The Alta Group (LAR) and Invigors EMEA Ltd are pleased to invite you to have the first Lease Conference
Dubai 2021, Developments for the Middle East and Africa. Due to COVID-19 pandemic we have been
forced to postpone the Lease Conference that was scheduled for November 2020.
The Lease Conference 2021 will take place in Dubai (UAE) on March 3 and 4, 2021. The Lease Conference
seeks to bring actionable knowledge and expertise to the players in the Leasing business in the Middle
East and Africa and set the ground for a strong integration and networking amongst Lessors, Suppliers,
Investors and Bankers, Service Providers and Regulatory Authorities across the region.

The Lease Conference Dubai 2021 is the perfect event to meet your colleagues from the Middle Eastern
Region and Africa. You will meet senior representatives from leading key industry solution providers.

Since our previous Newsletter we have been working to get additional speakers, sponsors and media
partners for the conference and we are very pleased to inform you, that we have succeeded and continue
to keep working on this.

COVID-19
In this Newsletter we also find it useful and necessary to address the current COVID-19 situation in the
UAE in general and Dubai in particular.
At this moment it is possible to organize an in-person conference, of course taking into account all
regulations that are put in place, like face masks, capacity and social distancing regulations.
If you are an expatriate resident of the UAE or a tourist to the UAE, you must present a negative result of a
PCR test at the departure airport. This test should have been conducted within 96 hours before travelling
to Dubai.
Some residents might be tested again on arrival at Dubai’s airport. If you are required to take another PCR
test on arrival, you must remain in quarantine at your residence until you receive the test result. If the test
result is positive, you must stay in isolation and follow the instructions of Dubai Health Authority. If the
test result is negative, you do not need to quarantine yourself.
If you are a citizen of the UAE you are exempt from the PCR test prior to departure, regardless of the city
or country you are coming from. However, you will be tested on arrival in Dubai.

Day 2: tailored sessions for delegates from the different verticals of the business, including, construction
and mining equipment, information technology assets (hardware, software and services), auto finance &
car leasing, mining and construction equipment, aircraft, ships and rail, and medical equipment.

Registration Confirmation & Payment Method
Upon receipt of your registration order, we will send you a letter confirming your registration request,
including payment instructions.
The registration fee amounts:
Day 1 or Day 2:                             US$ 1,200 (early bird US $ 1,080)
Day 1 and 2 Auto Finance & Car Leasing: US$ 2,400 (early bird US $ 2,160)
Day 1 and 2 Equipment Leasing:              US$ 2,400 (early bird US $ 2,160)

The location will be Dubai (UAE).

Cancellation policy
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
A charge of 25% of the registration fee, plus a 10% administrative charge will be billed for cancellations
received in writing to kforster@thealtagroup.com at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the conference.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a voucher for the full conference fee paid to attend the next
event.
No cancellations will be accepted within 30 (thirty) days of the start of the conference. Therefore no
refunds will be provided and billed amounts are due in full.
