REOPENING UPDATE & NEXT WEEK’S SCHEDULE
As things continue to progress with the school reopening plan and timeline, we would like
to take this opportunity to provide a brief update. Negotiations are currently underway
between OCSA Leadership and the Orange County School of the Arts Teachers
Association (OCSATA). A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has not yet been signed,
but excellent progress has been made, and we are optimistic that an agreement will be
reached very soon.

We are anticipating that the OCSA Board of Trustees will be able to vote on any revisions
to the school’s reopening plan and timeline at their next scheduled meeting on
Wednesday, October 28. Please see Tuesday’s email communication for more
information about these possible changes. Following the Board’s decision, we will provide
an update to all OCSA families, faculty, and staff as quickly as we can.

As these deliberations are still ongoing, we would like to clarify that, next week, there will
be NO CHANGES to the current learning delivery system or bell schedule. Instruction
will still be fully virtual with both students and teachers participating from their homes.
Please follow the current schedule until notified otherwise.

We thank you again for your patience and understanding during this time. More information
will be forthcoming.

fault of the adviser. No late photos will be accepted.
