band history, both in the limelight and backstage with "access all areas". The result is an intimate
portrait of the band, but also the documentation of a huge tour that resembles a rollercoaster
of emotions: After celebrated concerts the abrupt stop due to the sudden hearing loss of singer
Campino, doubts and new beginnings, the triumphant return performing at their own "Hosen-Fest"
in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Marquardt, a young punk and photographer. When the Wall came down, nightlife took control over
their lives. Until today they play a decisive role in the reunited city’s never ending nights as the
most famous bouncers of Berlin’s popular clubs.

Konstantin Grcic is considered one of
the most innovative and profound product designers worldwide. His career
began with a chair and a lamp, both of which are on display at the MOMA
in New York. »Design is Work« accompanies the designer for the duration
of a year in the various segments of his working world. Here, with the aid of
design models, we can observe the developmental process behind one of his
most prominent pieces, »Chair_One«– from the initial sketches to the finished
product. In the film, these working steps are lucidly illustrated by Grcic’s cur-
rent project: a furniture series made of cast iron, conceived and developed
with the long-established Italian design company »Magis«. It becomes appar-
ent that design involves a tremendous amount of work – but also considerably
more.

have ended up in a forced labor camp: even though accompanied by state watchers, they secretly
