LOCATION IN HOME Living Room. THEME & ATMOSPHERE We suggest mixing Industrial with Bohemian Comfort to evoke a warm, at home vibe that still feels masculine. PAINT COLOUR INSPIRATION
For the walls in your Living Room (except for the wall above the
fireplace) we suggest painting them a classic and timeless dark
green. This shade will pair perfectly with wood finishes and create
a masculine and elevated ambiance.

FIREPLACE WALL
TEXTURING
For the wall above the fireplace we suggest creating “texture” that
will give the wall depth and interest that paint alone can’t achieve.
Once completed we suggest applying a lighter green mixed with
the Backwoods green to create a watercolour effect.

To pair beautifully with the timeless green walls, we suggest a
stitched paneling Camel leather sofa to heighten the masculine feel
in the space.

Hair pin legs are totally on-trend right now when it comes to

DESK
Using your existing white filing cabinet, we suggest creating a long
desk top using live edge dark wood for the top portion.
We’ll use the filing cabinet on one end to create storage for
your personal items and a trestle on the other for stability.

11.STYLING + ACCENT PIECES
AREA RUG
To bring in that “Bohemian Comfort” we suggest a large Kilim area
rug that will extend beyond your sofa length and width. In terms of
colours, we suggest sticking to more neutral and light colours as
focal points with accents of reds and greens. Because your walls

The current pendent light above your island is out-dated and
doesn’t fit with the overall aesthetic we are trying to achieve. With

GALLERY WALL
It’s no doubt you’ve been on some incredible trips and adventures
in your life and you’ve documented them visually on a professional
level. You mentioned to us on our discovery call that you recently
thrifted some vintage artwork and this stemmed an idea for
creating what we call, a “Gallery Wall”. We would love for this to
+ be a statement piece on a blank wall behind your couch (possibly
above the desk area - which we will get to). The frames should all
be vintage in appearance but the actual artwork should be an
eclectic mix of old and new. Think vintage landscapes and images
paired with real life modern photos of Rikki and yourself!

You have a working fireplace which is amazing but that comes with

come up with a solution where you can store the firewood
(elegantly) without compromising your floor space. We suggest
