CINEMAS
We pride ourselves on our six state-of-the-art
cinemas and the expertise of our in-house
technical production team.
Each of our cinemas is equipped with cutting-
edge technology, a stage, a lighting grid and
camera points.
Capacity ranges from 41 to 522 seats, and
the cinema stages can accommodate any
number of guests for panel discussions and
press conferences.
Our cinemas are fully licensed, so you and
your guests (and their refreshments) can move
easily from our event spaces into the theatres.

EVENT SPACES
In addition to our cinemas and boardrooms,
TIFF Bell Lightbox offers event spaces for
cocktail receptions, roundtable discussions,
production offices, or executive dinners.
Each space can be customized to best suit your
needs and is equipped with basic AV features.
TIFF Lounge
With spectacular views of King Street and down-
town Toronto, the TIFF Lounge is a central feature
of TIFF Bell Lightbox. Its elegant décor (which
includes dining tables, plush seating, armchairs and
stools), bar, and prime location create the perfect
atmosphere for receptions or networking events.

The Lab
Located on the fourth floor of TIFF Bell Lightbox,
The Lab is a flexible event space that can be
used for meetings, press junkets, workshops,
cocktail receptions, as a talent green room, an
executive office, and more. The floor-to-ceiling
windows have a screen that can be lowered for
full privacy or raised to let in natural daylight.

Bell Blue Room
The Bell Blue Room is a modern lounge
with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking
the corner of King and John Streets. Suited
for social, business and academic events,
the Bell Blue Room also doubles as the
TIFF Members’ Lounge on Thursday and Friday
evenings, and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Green Room
Located on the second floor of TIFF Bell Lightbox,
the Green Room is a private space in close
proximity to the cinemas. With its leather
furnishings, ensuite washrooms, projector,
40” drop-down screen, and 5.1 audio system, this is
an ideal space for VIP cocktail receptions, dressing
rooms for talent, or office space for clients.

MEETING ROOMS
The administrative offices of TIFF Bell Lightbox
are located on the fourth and fifth floors, and
house three meeting rooms that are perfect
for round-table discussions and executive
boardroom meetings.
Fully equipped with 5.1 audio system surround
sound, built-in projectors, conference calling
capabilities, and stylish ergonomic furniture,
these rooms are designed to ensure your
meetings are productive and run smoothly.
All boardrooms can accommodate full-
service catering from any one of TIFF’s
preferred caterers.
Allen Karp Boardroom
This executive boardroom offers natural
sunlight and a stunning view of King Street
courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows, a large
meeting table for 14 guests, and additional
seating for up to eight.

Brendan Calder
Boardroom
This executive boardroom features
seating for 30 people, additional
peripheral seating for 10, and a
large credenza for in-room catering.
Individual microphones are available
for conference calling.
Capacity: 40
TIFF Meeting Room
This meeting room is ready for round-table
discussions and focused business activities.
It works as an onsite office or green room.
Capacity: 10

MULTI-PURPOSE RBC Learning Studio A
STUDIOS & Learning Studio B
The third-floor Learning Studios are
multi-purpose spaces suited to team-building
events, workshops, educational presentations
and staff meetings. Each Learning Studio
accommodates up to 47 people and can be
arranged in various styles, including classroom,
theatre, cluster conference and U-shape.
