leave the facility after their program has been completed. As every skater leaves, their
chair is cleaned. We have full-time professional cleaners on our staff. The cleaners are

 Continual cleaning of restrooms, judging stand and officials areas throughout the day.
 Deep cleaning at the conclusion of each day.

Wednesday and Thursday. The need to change outfits between events deems this
       necessary.
 Limitation on the number of people in the facility according to Delaware state guidelines

       no capacity issues.

 Restrooms are located at the far end of the rink (Zamboni end) for skaters, coaches and
       chaperones.
 Pathways have been established within the building to minimize footprint and
socialization between groups. There are social distancing warnings on the entry door,
throughout the rink and stickers on the floor.
 Skater/coaches/chaperones will not be permitted access into the building past
Registration until 20-30 minutes prior to their event start time per the detailed schedule.
Athletes who miss their arrival time will be escorted to the appropriate area in
accordance with their schedule – cannot ‘redo’ warm up. A detailed layout can be found
       in Appendix B.

   EVENT FLOW
 Skaters and their chaperone/guest will check-in at Registration for their event.
Chaperones will be given a guest sticker to wear.
 Skaters will be given a paper lunch bag to put their mask, tissues or trash in while they
are at their assigned location. No masks, tissues or personal items shall be left on the
       ice barriers.
 All skaters entering the building will have their temperature checked upon building entry
at their designated time and be sent to their assigned location with an Escort/Monitor.
Their chaperone/guest and coach can accompany them.
 When skaters arrive at their assigned location on the first row of bleachers, they will put
their skates on and wait for their warm-up group to go out on the ice. If skaters bring a
chaperone/guest, their chaperone/guest must remain with them at their assigned
location unless at the restroom or snack bar.
 At the conclusion of the event, coaches should exit the building unless they have a
skater in the immediately following event or are at coach hospitality.
 The current event group will then enter the ice through their assigned entry door for their
warm up. Each warm-up group is assigned an ice entry door (e.g. chair 1-6 door “1”,
chair 7-12 door “2” and chair 13-18 door “3”, etc.) Ask the usher if there are any
questions. After skaters complete their program, they should exit from the same door
they entered the ice. Skaters will then go back to their assigned location on the
bleachers and take off their skates and exit the building. When a skater leaves their
assigned location, they should put the cone on their seat which will trigger a cleaner to
come to the area and get ready for the next skater. Skater assigned usher/monitor will
direct skaters to the building exit.
 Remember all results are posted online, not in the building. Pick up a business card at
Registration that has the QR code so you can easily scan on your phone to get results.
