All Melati’s wedding packages are for 2 people please refer to below notes for additional

Additional wedding guests above 20 guests: guest package of THB 600.-net per person
Additional wedding guests below 20 guests: guest package of THB 700.-net per person
This includes seating arrangement, flowers confetti for showering the newlyweds,
Extra staffing and coordination, as well as a glass of sparkling wine for toast.

MELATI WEDDINGS 2021Securing a Wedding Date
Confirmation Policy
30 % deposit of the estimate wedding quote is required upon confirmation of the wedding date.
The wedding date will not be confirmed unless a deposit is received and an official confirmation
from the wedding planner has been sent.
Regarding the payment, we will finalize details tailored according to your needs/ desires, based
on this we will draft an agreement which you would sign and send back to us.
In the event of the bride and groom postponing the wedding, the deposit will be re credited to
the new wedding date this must be confirmed by wedding planner if the postponed date is
possible.
Final numbers of guest are required 5 weeks prior to the wedding date.
To confirm all arrangements, the resort requires full payment of the total wedding cost 30 days
(4 weeks) prior to the wedding celebration.
Other suppliers such as photography, VDO, entertainment may require deposit upon
confirmation of the service. (To be Confirmed by Wedding Planner)
Package price is net inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
Cancellations
Cancellations/payments made 90 days prior to ceremony date are 50% refundable.
Cancellations/payments made 30 days or less prior to ceremony date are non-refundable.
A 5% bank fee is required for refunding payments payable to the bank not the resort.
Refund procedure takes approximately 45-60 working days.
Terms & Conditions
Only one wedding per day. Wedding dates are on first come first serve basis.
For all guests attending the wedding to guest package is compulsory.
Guest package : 4-17 years old half price, Under 4 free of charge
Children charges : 4-12 years old half price, Under 4 free of charge
All wedding package prices and extra services are current and valid up to December 2021.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Outside suppliers are not permitted without prior approval from the wedding planner if they are
permitted then own equipment needs to be supplied.
No food and beverages of any kind, other than those provided by the resort, will be permitted
onto the resort’s property without the consent of a representative of the resort. The issue will
be treated on case by case basis and corkage fee will be charged.
No loud/dancing music is permitted after Midnight in the restaurant or in other venues of the
resort.
The resort reserves the right to adjust the volume at any time if it deems to be too disturbing for
surrounding areas and guests.
In the event of early departure (from Koh Samui), DVDs will be sent via courier to an agreed
address, at an extra cost.
The resort reserves the right to use photos and VDO of the wedding couple for marketing
purposes.
