… By car
Messe München is situated on the A94 motorway and can be reached by taking the exits
Feldkirchen-West or Riem. Please follow the signposting of the dynamic traffic guidance system.

… Using public transport
With the subway, you´ll reach the Messe München from the city centre in about 20 minutes. The
subway line U2 runs every 10 minutes to the Messe München, please get off at “Messestadt Ost”.
Tickets for public transport can be purchased at all stations from ticket machines

Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) connects with the subway line U2. Travel time is about 20
minutes. The subway line U2 runs every 10 minutes directly to the Messe München. Get off at
„Messestadt Ost“
… By plane
With our bus shuttle on March 12th and 13th, you´ll arrive at CMCX or the airport with nearly no
stress. One of our 5 buses will run from both, the airport and the CMCX every 30 minutes. The
bus stop is located in front of the Entrance North East (Eingang Nord Ost).

Relax and enjoy our shuttle bus service to Internet World or to the airport. In addition, you will
avoid long waiting times with our subscriber-friendly schedule. Every 30 minutes one of our five
buses will drive from the CMCX/Internet World or from the airport. The bus stop is located in

Assembly/disassembly for exhibitors with complete stands
Assembly:
Exhibitors who have booked a complete stand package can access their stand on Monday,
March 11th 2019 in the morning.
Disassembly:
We kindly ask all exhibitors who have booked a complete stand with us to vacate the halls on
Wednesday, March 13th 2019 at 6:00 pm at the latest in order to start the disassembly of the
stands.
It is NOT necessary to show exhibitor passes during assembly and disassembly hours.
Please note that your stand must be occupied on the second day of the trade fair until
5:00 pm. Failure to comply will result in the event organizer exercising his right to
penalize any offending exhibitors.
Assembly/disassembly for exhibitors assembling their own
stand
The following assembly time slots apply for exhibitors who have booked stand space with us and
wish to assemble their own stands.
Assembly Hall C5 and Hall C6:
Preassembly at a charge of € 850 net: Saturday, March 9th 2019 from 08:00 am – 09:00 pm

possible from 18:00 o´clock.

Delivery and pickup address for parcels and pallets
The Messe München and the CMCX do not accept parcels or goods. If you ship your goods via
Fedex, DHL, etc., please make sure that you will be personally on site to accept the delivery.
Alternatively, you can send your delivery to the official logistic partners of Messe München for a
fee. They will store the delivery and bring it to your stand after arrival.

Entrance to the fair ground
Access to the fair for all suppliers (stand builders, couriers etc.) for assembly and disassembly
must take place via Gate 16 (Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße).
A deposit of 100, 00 € is to be paid at the gate. Parking is limited as:
Car: 1 hours truck up to 7, 5 t: 4 hours
Van: 2 hours truck over 7, 5t: 6 hours
In cases where the above mentioned limit has been exceeded, a refund of the amount is no
longer possible!
8Unloading/ deliveries in front of the exhibition halls for
assembly and disassembly.
- Entrance via Gate 16 (Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße)
Assembly:
For delivery and unloading in front of exhibition halls C5 and C6, please enter the exhibition
grounds via Gate 16 (Paul-Henri-Spaak-Straße). On Saturday, 09.03 (Early set-up) and Sunday
10.03.: you have free access to the grounds.
From Monday 11.03.: The deposit rules apply – Please deposit 100,00€ in cash at the gate which
allows you to park in front of the hall for a maximum of 1 hour with a car, 2 hours with a van and
4-6 hours with a truck.
Should the time limit be exceeded, a refund of the deposit is no longer possible – So drive out on
time and drive back in later, if the time is not sufficient

Dismantling vehicles please drive directly to the pre-parking area P12West
From 18:00 clock entrance to gate 16 - free entrance
Parking for all vehicles (cars/trucks) during assembly and the

9Evening event „CMCX-NIGHT“
The CMCX-NIGHT will take place on March 12th, 2019 from 19:30 o´clock. All trade fair
visitors, exhibitors, conference participants of the CMCX as well as all partner conferences
are invited.

Tickets for the evening event can be purchased for 89 EUR plus VAT:

The price includes a visit to the evening event including catering and drinks. The
conference tickets do NOT include entry to the CMCX-NIGHT.
Off-stand advertising
Distribution of promotional marketing beyond your trade fair stand is only permitted after prior
bookings with the event organizer.
Price: 800 EUR per person and per day

10Cloakroom facilities
Cloakroom facilities are available at Entrance North East (Eingang Nord Ost). Price per piece:
2,50 €.
Smoking in exhibition halls
For the duration of the trade fair, smoking is forbidden in all exhibition halls.
Outdoor smoking areas are clearly signposted.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed on the fair ground.
11Checklist/ Deadlines

Technical Orders / Deadlines:
Technical orders have to be made at least 6 weeks before the CMCX. In case of short term orders
there will be a default fine. Deadlines are as follows:
