“The UniSA MBA gave me the opportunity
to expand my skills and broaden my
knowledge of the executive business
environment.

I was able to develop my leadership
and practical skills, and apply learnings
immediately into my workplace, enabling
me to move into a new role within my
organisation while still studying.

The program exposed me to international
business and culture, which is now a
critical component of my role in managing
international customer relationships.

I also had the privilege of being the first
recipient of UniSA’s WiMBA scholarship.
This initiative not only supports diversity
for women in leadership, but also gives
women the confidence to progress into
executive roles. I hope my participation in
this program will help address leadership
inequality within industries like mine and
empower others to strive for the same.”
