                                                                       Lake’s water system works, what water rates pay for,
                                                                       regulatory requirements, and the utility rate study
                                                                       process and recommendations that were presented
                                                                       to City Council in 2017. The presenters included
                                                                       representatives from RH2 Engineering, Neptune
                                                                       Technology Group, Washington State Department of
                                                                       Health, and FCS Group.

Registration Information
