INFORMATION AND CONTACTS
COUNTY SERVICES
City Hall located at 300 N. Pine Street can assist with Vital Records, marriage license
applications and real estate tax payments. County services available at 1072 Milwaukee
Avenue include Extension Racine County UW-Madison, a full range of family-
supportive services, Racine County Workforce Solutions, Energy Assistance, Rescare’s
W2 and FSET case management, and Veterans Services. Call 767-2900 for information
concerning Racine County Services.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Central Racine County Health Department, located at 10005 Northwestern Avenue, US
Bank Building, 2nd Floor, Franksville, WI offers many services such as immunization clinics
and blood pressure screening. For more details, call 898-4460.

LIBRARY
The Burlington Public Library is a member of the SHARE consortium is located at 166 E.
Jefferson Street. The Library is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday,
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on
Sunday. Call 342-1130 for more information, or visit www.burlingtonlibrary.org.

REGISTERING TO VOTE
You may register to vote at Burlington City Hall from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through
Friday. You may also register at www.myvote.wi.gov or at the polls on Election Day. Call
the City Clerk’s office at 342-1161 to find out your voting location.

SCHOOLS
The Burlington Area School District Office is located at 100 N. Kane Street. Any questions
regarding Burlington Schools should be directed to the District offices at 763-0210.
