A luglio inizierà il quadrimestre estivo dei nostri corsi di lingua italiana che
potrete trovare presso il nostro sito. Stiamo inoltre lavorando per riprendere i
corsi per bambini che avevamo abbandonato alcuni anni fa.

Turning to the cuisine of Francesco, hinted above, there are no requirements, no references to
the most recent culinary decrees, but a response to a personal need to express himself, to the
need to create a plate as though he were interpreting himself and his thoughts. Never following a
straight line, sometimes twisting but always clear in intent: an approach which becomes clear in
every dish, rich with ingredients
(meat and fish mixed) where equilibrium plays a fundamental role in their coexistence and for

“Cappuccino” di cipolla maremmana,
guanciale croccante e balsamico
Esecuzione:
L’idea è quella di voler Tagliare la cipolla uniformemente per garantire una

LORO, IL NUOVO PROGETTO
DI PAOLO SORRENTINO
Loro è il nuovo progetto cinematografico del Premio
Oscar (La grande bellezza, 2013) Paolo Sorrentino.
Dopo Il Divo (2008), incentrato sulla spettacolare vita
di Giulio
Andreotti, ovvero il politico più influente, nel bene e
nel male, dal 1948 fino almeno al 1993, ecco che
Sorrentino ci riprova, lavorando su un'altra
incarnazione del potere, Silvio Berlusconi.
Il film è diviso in due parti, semplicemente chiamate
Loro 1 e Loro 2, un po' come succedeva alle due ante
del dittico Kill Bill di Quentin Tarantino. Partiamo dal
titolo: Loro s'intitola così perché il film (scritto da
Sorrentino con Umberto Contarello, fotografia di Luca
Bigazzi) non è centrato solo sulla figura di Berlusconi
ma anche, nella prima parte soprattutto, sulla sua
corte. Loro sono "quelli che contano'" come spiega in

Ma loro siamo anche noi, ci piaccia o no, per cui il
film, suggerisce Sorrentino, è sul Berlusconi che
alberga in ognuno di noi.
