Nestled in its green setting at an altitude of 440 m, the

spa resort of La Léchère les bains is ideally located in the
Tarentaise valley in Savoie at the foot of the famous ski
resort of Valmorel and 20 minutes from it. La Léchère les
bains also offers privileged access to mountain activities
such as cycling, board sports, hiking in all their forms. This
illustrates the old local proverb «you arrive in La Léchère
by cart and you leave in front of the horse»!

THE RESORT SIDE

For mountain lovers, Valmorel is the first resort of the
Tarentaise region, located at an altitude of 1400 m. Its
architecture blends harmoniously with the landscape and
embodies the spirit and art of mountain living. With its
pedestrian main street, it is a very lively resort that offers a
multitude of activities and entertainment.
DOUCY
VALMOREL • THE NATURE SIDE

The village resort of Doucy was once called Doucy-
Combelouvière because of the strong presence of wolves,
which were said to come to warm up in the sun on the
plateau. Linked to Valmorel by a chairlift, it enjoys an
exceptional sunshine and a breathtaking view on the
surrounding glaciers. Official Gulli resort, it is an ideal
vacation spot for the little ones.
NÂVES
VALMOREL • THE NORDIC SIDE

Backed by the Beaufortain, the resort of Naves is located on
the sunny side of the valley in a preserved environment. In
the middle of the mountain pastures, far from the crowd and
noise, it is an ideal setting for outdoor activities such as hiking,
climbing, mountain biking. The Nant du beurre refuge offers a
well-deserved rest and some local flavors to those who wish to
spend the night in the middle of nature.
CELLIERS
VALMOREL • THE SECRET SIDE

Celliers is a traditional village clinging to the mountain on the
Lauzière massif. It is the starting point of many hikes and a
cable car connects the village to the resorts of Valmorel and
Doucy in a few minutes. Celliers is located on the road to the
Col de la Madeleine at an altitude of 2000 m, a major stage
of the Tour de France. This mountainous area will delight
lovers of peaceful nature, fauna and flora, in the heart of
the Massif de la Lauzière integrated into the Nature 2000
program.
