Dear Colleagues and Friends,
On behalf of the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer it is an honor for us to invite you to
participate in the 19th Reach to Recovery International Breast Cancer Support Conference in
Prague. The conference will take place from 12-15 June 2019.
It is a great responsibility for our patient community to have the opportunity to organize this
conference. The event will bring together patients and medical professionals from around the
world to address the needs of women with breast cancer. Delegates will be invited to discuss
important themes such as breast cancer in young women, body image after breast cancer,
metastatic breast cancer or conditions psychological aspects. In addition, we’re planning lots of
networking, socializing, and a number of opportunities for the sharing of best practices.
For the end of the conference we prepared a very special event. Prague will be hosting its 19th
Avon Walk. All of you are cordially invited to participate in one of the largest breast cancer
awareness walks in the world and feel the power of support of thousands of participants.
Our capital city, Prague, also called the City of hundred spires, is an enchanting, historical place
with rich history, unique architecture and vibrant culture. We hope that you will enjoy the days
spent in this beautiful city in the heart of Europe.
We hope that you will enjoy the 19th Reach to Recovery International Breast Cancer Support
Conference in Prague and that your interaction with your colleagues from many different
countries will stimulate a creative exchange of ideas and will be personally rewarding.

Clarion Congress hotel Prague is situated in a modern part of Prague, Vysočany, just 15 minutes
from the historical center of Prague, it is easily and comfortably reached by car as well as by
public transport. The excellent transport accessibility and perfect service facilities make it
popular both with individual visitors and business clients. The hotel restaurants and bars,
famous for their excellent cuisine, both Czech and international, along with the wellness and
fitness center and the shopping mall represent services open to the general public as well.
Because of the large space of the congress facilities (up to 2,500 people), cutting-edge technical
equipment, a corresponding accommodation capacity the hotel became a popular venue for
conferences, meetings and seminars.
2Sponsorship Opportunities
The Sponsors’ contribution is recognized as a valuable enhancement of the RRI 2019
Conference and sponsorship levels have been set to allow maximum participation from
the companies. The options listed below can however be subject to negotiation.

Sponsorship Items
Pre-Conference Workshop 2.000 EUR
Prior to the daily scientific programme, workshops are being held on Wednesday 12th June
2019, and length of each workshop is limited by 50 min. Sponsor’s logo will be included in the
pre-conference mailing, in meeting hall and on the website. Company roll-up banners may be
positioned at the entrance to the hall.
Lunch Symposium 3.000 EUR
Do not miss the opportunity to organize your own symposium during the conference. Slots are
available for symposia on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th during lunch time. This option includes
an equipped meeting room for the duration of 60 minutes, invitation advertised in the final
program and a mailing with an invitation to all registered delegates 14 days prior to the start of
the conference (content of the invitation needs to be supplied by the given deadline).
Symposium content is to be reviewed and agreed on by the organizer.
Conference Bags Sponsorship (Exclusive) 2.000 EUR
The Conference Dinner is the main social event of the RRI 2019 Conference and it is a great
opportunity for exclusive sponsorship. Sponsor’s logo will be included on the invitations
and menus. Company roll-up banners may be position at the entrance to the dinner
venue. Company name will be acknowledged in the final programme for this specific
sponsorship and during the welcome word at the dinner itself by a member of the
organizing committee.
Lanyards (Exclusive) 2.000 EUR
Supply your company’s lanyards and be constantly visible to all delegates.
Bag for Conference Attendees (Exclusive) 2.000 EUR
You company logo will be printed on the bag in a prominent position together with the RRI logo
(the type, size and colour of bags as well as position and size of the logo will be at the
organizer’s discretion).

All indicated prices are stated excluding VAT 21%. Companies registered in the EU with a
valid VAT number will be issued under the reverse-charge procedure - VAT shifted to
recipient, article 44 and 196 EU VAT Directive.

6General Terms and Conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions have been established by the RRI 2019 “Conference Secretariat”
(CZECH-IN s.r.o., the company operates under the brand name C-IN) to set out rights and obligations of the
“Partner” (the Company stated in the Order Form) towards the Conference Secretariat and vice versa.
Agreement
By submitting the order form incorporating these terms by reference, the Partner accepts the General Terms
and Conditions.
Only fully completed, signed and stamped order forms will be taken into consideration. Confirmation, in
writing, of the allocation of a Sponsorship constitutes the establishment of an agreement between the Partner
and the Conference Secretariat. For the avoidance of doubt, the Congress Secretariat reserves the right to
refuse any application without further explanation.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Event sponsorship
benefits and obligations and supersedes all prior oral and written understandings, arrangements and
agreements between the parties.
Applications will be processed in order of receipt. Exclusive sponsorship items and exhibition space will be
allocated on a first come, first served basis. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to rearrange the
floorplan and/or relocate any exhibit without notice.
Rights and obligations
The Partner is entitled to benefits as listed in the Invitation to Sponsor. The Conference Secretariat shall
provide the Sponsor benefits (as stated in the Invitation to Sponsor) and organize the Event using reasonable
skill and care and will consult with the Partner on aspects of the Event where he deems appropriate.
Logo and web link. The Partner is required to submit a web link and a company logo in high-resolution AI or
EPS format upon confirmation of allocation of a Sponsorship.
Ad in program book. Platinum, Gold and Silver partners will have their ads published in the final program (the
position is specified in the Invitation to Sponsor). The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to approve or
decline any program book ad. Files must be submitted by 20 May 2019.
Event promotion. The Partner will promote the Event in a positive manner to their clients.
Payment Terms. The Partner shall pay the Congress Secretariat the total amount invoiced by wire transfer to
the bank account specified below (unless a different account is mentioned in the invoice). All invoices must be
paid in full by the Company within thirty (30) days from the date of issuing of the invoice. In case the event is
taking place less than thirty days from the date of invoice, full payment is due immediately.

Czech VAT is applicable to the listed prices for companies from non-EU countries. All other EU companies are
required to provide their VAT number to be able to use the reverse charge procedure. All rates are payable in
Euro. Any bank fees incurred must be paid by the Partner.
7If the Partner fails to make the payment within the time and manner referred to above, the Conference
Secretariat may, in writing, cancel the partnership.
Intellectual property. Any Event content, including but not limited to photos, videos, slides, or papers shall not
be posted or disseminated by the Partner without the express written approval of the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellation and force majeure. If the Partner cancels the application for a sponsorship package after it has
been officially accepted by the Conference Secretariat, he will be liable to pay the following fees, unless the
package cannot be reallocated to another company:
50% of the total rate, if the cancellation is received in writing until 1 March 2019.
100% of the total rate, if the cancellation is received in writing after 2 March 2018.
Any refunds will be made after the Event but no later than 1 August 2019. All bank charges resulting from a
refund related to the cancellation of sponsorship package will be at the charge of the sponsor.
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel without notice or compensation the RRI 2019
Conference in the event of force majeure (strikes, fires, terrorist attacks, damages or other fatal occurrences).
In such case, the Conference Secretariat is freed of all responsibility and shall only be obliged to reimburse the
payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event.
