Message from Jenny
It’s great to see so many of you back in your work out routines! We are as committed as ever to offering
our members what they are looking for in this post covid era. We are dedicated to reinvesting in the
facility, programs and staff. Please check out all of the recent reinvestments in the facility on page 5.

We are excited to offer you more classes! Big screen classes are available in studios 1 & 5 all day long to
meet the demands of your busy schedule and to lighten the load of instructor led classes. We now also
include MX4 (30 minute HIIT classes) & TRX with Gold Cove memberships. Our new and improved
Platinum membership now offers Training Zone, CrossFit & Lost Court discounts among many other
amazing upgrades! If you are interested in upgrading your membership click here to get started. Check
Mind Body for all class options.

Our personal training department is launching a completely new style of online training this January.
 Download our app and take the guesswork out of training. Our app will help guide you through your
workouts and also be an avenue for you to contact your trainer at anytime should you need support.
Choose from our wide array of programs at a reasonable price and have a trainer with you every step of
the way.

Taking time for yourself is as important as ever and no health club offers you more for your money. If you

Let us reward you for working out!

How it works:
          Rewards are earned quarterly by working out 8 times per month (only one visit
          per day) or a total of 24 times per quarter. Q1 January, February & March; Q2
          April, May & June; Q3 July, August & September; Q4 October, November &
          December.
          Reward options will be posted on the “My Rewards” tab at prairieathletic.com.
          Members who achieved their quarter goal will be notified by email during the
          first week of the month after the reward period ends.
          After you have been notified, click on the My Rewards tab. You will have the
          choice of (1) PAC Reward.
          Certain memberships may not be eligible for this program (Emerald Plus,
          Emerald, temporary, summer/winter, employee, Badger Barter, Silver & Fit,
          Renew Active).

Sh’bam! Our “Big Screen” classes are the same great classes led by our PAC instructors, but presented by Les Mills
Trainers from around the globe and offered throughout the day on our Big Screen TVs. These classes are perfect for
those who need more class time options or just prefer smaller class sizes. Simply register on Mindbody, check in at
the front or back desk, and head up to the designated studio where class will begin automatically on the TVs. If

 Congratulations Paul Krueger-Wisconsin
 Racquetball Hall of Fame
 PAC's very own Paul Krueger was the 2022 inductee to the Wisconsin Racquetball Hall
 of Fame. Paul is the Sports Coordinator at Prairie Athletic Club where during the past 25
 years, he has organized more than 200 weekend and one-day racquetball tournaments.
 He has also served as the WRA President since 2009. Along with his distinguished career
 with the PAC and his many years as a volunteer leader with the WRA, Paul is an
 outstanding racquetball champion. He has won eleven WRA State Tournaments with 15
 additional finals, along with one national championship and three more appearances in
 national finals. Paul has also won two Badger State Games Championships and won or
 played in the finals 30 times during PAC tournaments. Thanks for representing PAC and
 the sport of racquetball!
