                  Kombucha is a fermented tea, which consists of three basic
                  ingredients – water, organic sugar, and organic loose-leaf tea.
                  The unique process is done by adding a sybiotic colony of

Kombucha
                  bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) to the sweetened black or green
                  tea. The sugar is converted into alcohol, which is then eaten up
                  and becomes probiotic bacteria.
              •   We at ASK Brewhouse have chosen to have our Kombucha
                  100% raw and organic. This means that we do not add any
                  flavor essences, juices, or other additives. We have also chosen
                  to use only organic ingredients and were the first in Norway
                  with DEBIO approved Kombucha.
              •   The selection of ingredients for ASK Brewhouse product line
                  is incredibly important to us, so we dedicate a tremendous
                  amount of time to discover the unique flavors we use. For this
                  process, we have Norway´s only tea sommelier working closely
                  with us.
              •   We believe that the subtle flavors expose our raw ingredients,
                  especially our carefully chosen tea.
              •   Kombucha is, in addition to being a healthy and low-sugar
                  beverage, very suitable for pairing with food and also enjoyed
                  as a thirst-quenching beverage any time of the day. Its
                  popularity is growing as a go for an alternative alcoholic
                  beverage choice.

Green T
•   Green T is one of our bestsellers and is an easy-to-drink thirst quencher that is enjoyed with our
    without food. It can be paired nicely with Asian or seafood. This product is light in taste and has
    a fine balance. One can experience a fine aftertaste of organic ginger and fresh squeezed lemon.
•   Recommended serving is cooled, preferably in glass with ice cubes and a slice of lime.

Wannabe
•   Wannabe, sometimes referred to simply as «Honey» is a hybrid of flavors between cider and IPA.
    This fusion between our Sencha green tea, hops, and acacia honey is a fan favorite. It has a rich
    aftertaste of hops, the essence of flowers, and honey.
•   Lovely with a variety of food options, delicious as a soft drink, we simply recommend you give
    this one a try yourself.
•   Recommended serving is cooled, preferably in a glass with ice cubes.

So Long
•   With a hint of light rosé, this refreshing kombucha is bubbly, gives off a nice floral aroma, and
    settles in nicely with a slightly dry aftertaste. So Long is brewed with a nice blend of Oolong tea,
    hibiscus, and jasmine.
•   So Long is perfect for summer days and a nice patio, or even the winter when we are daydreaming
    about the season to come. We recommend a large wine glass with ice cubes.
•   This is a perfect alternative for champagne!

 Indian Tonic     •   Our Ginger Beer and Indian Tonic are original products
                      disigned like they were centuries ago, brewed naturally.
                  •   We only use the finest organic and raw materials and no
                      artificial products or flavorings. These products are cold
                      pressed with fresh fruit, roots, cooked bark, and natural
                      herbs used.
                  •   Not only do we use the finest organic brown cane sugar,
                      but because of our passion for health and wellness, we
                      never use more than 60% of the average of other
                      commercial players in the industry.

Ging Kong
•   Our handmade, raw and organic ginger beer is a unique cold pressed product. Refreshing fizz
    meets flavors of fresh ginger and citrus giving it a balanced aftertaste. Perfect to quench your
    thirst or paired well with many foods.
•   A truly original treat of a drink. Organic fresh ginger, organic fresh grapefruit, and organic fresh
    lime are the main ingredients. The wonderful quality of our fresh ginger is one of the reasons
    why this delicious drink has such an incredible fresh taste and aroma.
•   We recommend you enjoy this beverage chilled, served with a slice of gresh ginger and lime.

    ingredients, per the Ask Brewhouse standard.
