12-14 NOVEMBER 2019, ASIAWORLD-EXPO, HONG KONG

THE PROJECT
After the success of the previous
Factories (Lipstick Factory in 2016;
Light Powder Factory in 2017;
Skintonic Factory in 2018; MEXME
Factory in 2019) Cosmopack Asia 2020
will present a new edition of the
Factory.
The Factory is a real installation
showing the development and
production of a new exclusive product
in collaboration with international
suppliers (Cosmopack Asia Exhibitors
only, exhibiting at AsiaWorld-Expo).
Visitors can see a live demonstration
of all the production phases, from
making to packing.
The product will have a unique brand
and design thanks to the collaboration
with centdegrés.
Alongside the Factory, an interactive
area will explain the visitors “how to
use” the product, including a “virtual try
on” with the latest augmented reality.

combinations and create their
customized piece of art by
combining the eye side with the
lip side.
The MEXME product was specially
designed by centdegrés and realized
in collaboration with international
suppliers:

To realize the 25TH ANNIVERSARY PERFUME we are looking for:
THE PARTNERS
The CosmoFactory 2020
will realize a special perfume 1 One OEM Exhibitor (FRAGRANCE)
This exhibitor will have to create and develop a special perfume
to celebrate the 25th The fragrance needs to be a miscellaneous of Asian and European sentiments
anniversary of Cosmoprof The OEM exhibitor will be responsible for:
A.Develop and provide the bulk for the production of 7,500 pieces;
and Cosmopack Asia.
B.Fill, pack and ship 3,000 pieces before the show to the AsiaWorld-Expo (all

The exhibitor is also in charge of the personalisation (inside decoration,
serigraphy, flock, laser engraving, embossing, inject/hot stamping decoration,
etc).
A. The exhibitor should ship at its own costs to the OEM exhibitor’s factory
3,000 bottles before September 10th, 2020
B. 4,500 bottles should arrive at the AsiaWorld-Expo not later than
November 5th, 2020 (divided in three tanks because each we will
produce 1,500 pieces )
C. The exhibitor should realize 3 giant mock ups - to give the sensorial
promenade to all visitors - and send them to the Hong Kong Convention
& Exhibition Centre by November 5th, 2020.

One PRIMARY PACKAGING Exhibitor (CAP MANUFACTURER)
3 a total of 7,500 caps
The final choice, design and branding will be coordinated by centdegrés.
The exhibitor is also in charge of the personalisation.
A. The exhibitor should ship at its own costs to the OEM exhibitor’s
factory 3,000 pieces before September 10th, 2020
B. 4,500 pieces should arrive at the AsiaWorld-Expo not later than
November 5th, 2020 (divided in three boxes because each we will
produce 1,500 pieces )
One PRIMARY PACKAGING Exhibitor (PUMP MANUFACTURER)
4 a total of 7,500 pumps
The pump should be external, iconic, fashionable.
The final choice, design and branding will be coordinated by centdegrés.
The exhibitor is also in charge of the personalisation.
A. The exhibitor should ship at its own costs to the OEM exhibitor’s
factory 3,000 pieces before September 10th, 2020
B. 4,500 pieces should arrive at the AsiaWorld-Expo not later than
November 5th, 2020 (divided in three boxes because each we will
produce 1,500 pieces )

One SECONDARY PACKAGING Exhibitor (FOLDING BOX
5 MANUFACTURER)
The product will be packed with a tailored made carton folding box in 7,500
pieces, designed by centdegrés
A. The exhibitor should ship at its own costs to the OEM exhibitor’s factory
3,000 pieces before September 10th, 2020
B. 4,500 pieces should arrive at the AsiaWorld-Expo not later than November
5th, 2020 (divided in three boxes because each we will produce 1,500
pieces )
ONE MACHINERY EXHIBITOR
6 The company should provide at the AsiaWorld-Expo, by November 5th
a special developed machine including:
A.One filling and crimping machine
B.One personalization machine (laser)
C.One cartooning machine
D.Develop and produce the molds
E.All technological support for the development of the project
F.Onsite staff
The shipment and handling costs must be borne by the selected
exhibitor.

▪ One dedicated E-news to promote the project and feature all sponsors with
logo and link exposure
▪ One dedicated page in the Fair’s website (www.cosmoprof-asia.com) to
promote the project;
▪ One dedicated page to highlight the Event in the Pre-show Programme;
▪ Logo exposure on show floor map in the Visitor Guide;
▪ One video dedicated to the project;
▪ Promotion in onsite printed flyer;
▪ Promotion in the Fair’s mobile app.
▪ Promotion on the Fair’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat and Weibo).
