Minimum Entries If there are less than three (3) entries in a particular event. Information on the
categories being played and their characteristics will be sent to participants by
September 3, 2021.
Entry Fee PLN 50 per player, regardless of the number of games.
Accomodation On your own.
Arrival - Airport Kraków-Balice, Poprad.
Transportation On your own.
Part III – Regulations
Withdrawals All withdrawals notification should be sent to the Tournament Organiser in
writing as soon as possible – at least 14 days before first competition day (by
11:59 PM CEST time) via: quba2@interia/.pl
Readiness to play All events will be run on a strict time scale. Competitors must be ready to play 30
minutes before the scheduled match time. Any changes to the schedule of play
will be announced by the Referee.
Warm-up/practice On court, warm up time is limited to a maximum of 2 minutes.

Request for Partner Requests for a partner for double games should be directed by completing the "
Partner wanted " section on the Official Entry Form.
Clothing and No limitations.
Advertising Suggestions:
- name and country of origin on the back of the shirt.
Awards/Prizes No matches will be played to determine 3rd/4th place. Prizes (medals) will be
awarded in accordance with PBGCR 3.3.2 (Para-Badminton General Competition
Regulations).

Media Players should assist media wherever possible for photos and if this fits their
training and competition schedule.
Photo and video UKS Orły i PZBad has the right to use photographs, film material or any other
materials image of players taken during events
Travel Advise Players must refer to their foreign office for travel advises. On your own.
Insurance Participants must take out and should be covered by their own travel, health and
personal accident insurance. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents.
The organizer is not responsible for things left unattended.
Team Managers Team Managers Meeting will take place before the first matches in the sports
Meeting venue, where the event will take place
Regulations Entering the tournament is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations. The
organizer reserves the right to interpret the regulations and to make changes that
will be announced on the day of the competition.
Sport venue A variable sports outfit is mandatory.
Information All information about the tournament will be posted on the leaderboard on the
day of the competition and / or at the referee's table.
Conditions of play The system of matches will be finally announced on September 3, 2021 after
determining the types and number of categories played due to the number and
characteristics of entries!

Timetable The exact timetable of the tournament will be announced by August 31, 20201.
COVID -19 During the tournament, all restrictions related to the current epidemiological
situation will be applied. The organizer reserves the right to change the date of
the tournament due to the current epidemiological restrictions.

information sign up for 3 categories (single, double and mixt) you may have to play multiple
matches without long breaks. As a result, if it is necessary to play a large, overall
number of tournament matches, it will not be possible to postpone the matches.
Therefore, we give you the option of subscribing to only 2 instead of 3 categories.
