2020 PRODUCT CATALOGUE
Classic Houseware operates in the quality Houseware
product market sector in which consumers look to purchase
quality branded houseware products. The company only
distributes brands that have an international presence, and
the company has exclusive distribution rights in South
Africa. Through this process of distributing quality
International products, the consumer buying a product
distributed by Classic Houseware, will enjoy an above
average usage experience.
The company was formed in 2018 as a new venture in order
to bring newness in design and product to the local market.
Management of Classic Houseware has in excess of 25
years’ experience in the industry and has enabled numerous
international brands to have a leading position in the South
African market.
The re-launch of Krups small electrical appliances in the
South African market fits in with this vision and will allow
the company to bring iconic, well styled quality and
functional products to the market. This brand will present
products in the breakfast category to the market.

At KRUPS, aesthetics and innovation are all about
functionality to give users an exceptional,
comprehensive and satisfying experience. In 2001
Groupe SEB acquired the Krups Brand as part of the
Moulinex Group acquisition. The introduction of the
Groupe SEB R&D resources have enable the Krups
brand to be modernised and revamped.
GUARANTEE POLICY
1, All KRUPS items carry a 2 year warranty for factory failure.
2, All items have an exchange warranty for 7 days from date of purchase
for out of box failure. Product to be tested by Classic Houseware sales
agent, if no problem is found, the claim will be rejected.
3, All items with a cost of R500 or less have an exchange warranty for 6
months from date of purchase subject to:
* Any customer abuse negates the under warranty exchange.
* All under warranty exchanges must be accompanied by original
purchase invoice.
* Classic Houseware sales agent to be advised when exchange is made.
* Reason for exchange and person who tested the item in store to be
attached to the product.
* Classic Houseware agent will test every product claimed and if there is
no damage, the claim will be rejected.
* After the initial 6 month period all returns will be subject to a repair
warrantee.
4, All other items have a 2 year repair warranty for factory fault. Products
to be repaired at approved service centre.
5, Any product that an under warranty repair is claimed, must have the
original purchase invoice attached to the repair paperwork.
6, All repairs for products out of warranty will be chargeable.
