ICMSEA2018 & ICCAES2018
Welcome to ICMSEA2018!
The 2018 International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering Application [ICMSEA2018] is a
leading annual conference of materials science and engineering application for all researchers home and
abroad. Along with the exciting exhibition, ICMSEA2018 will be held in Wuhan, China, during April
20-22, 2018. On behalf of the organizing committee, we'd like to send our honest invitation to all
distinguished scholars and engineers and it will provide a valuable opportunity for researchers, scholars and
some scientists to exchange their ideas face to face together. The conference attracts participants in a
diverse range of fields, including materials science and engineering application and some other related
fields.
Welcome to ICCAES2018!
The 2018 International Conference on Control, Automation and Electrical Systems [ICCAES2018] will be
held in Wuhan, China, during April 20th-22nd, 2018. Electrical systems are groups of electrical
components connected to carry out some operation. Often the systems are combined with other systems.
They might be subsystems of larger systems and have subsystems of their own. For example, a subway
rapid transit electrical system is composed of the wayside electrical power supply, wayside control system,
and the electrical systems of each transit car. Each transit car’s electrical system is a subsystem of the
subway system. Inside of each transit car there are also subsystems, such as the car climate control system.2018 International Conference on Materials Science and

14:40-17:00 Oral Presentation/Poster PresentationKeynote Speaker 1: Assoc. Prof. Matthew Andrew Joordens
Deakin University, Australia
Biography: Assoc. Prof Matthew A. Joordens (Member –IEEE, Fellow
– The Institution of Engineers Australia, Mensa) began his career with
Industrial Control Technology designing control systems to automate
various different industrial processes. For 5 years he designed
microprocessor based control systems for companies such as Ford,
Pilkington Glass, Webtek and Blue Circle Southern Cement. He then
moved to Deakin University in 1992 and wrote their first electronics
units. Using his industrial experience he designed one of the first Australian Engineering
degrees in Mechatronics that still runs at Deakin University. He currently lectures units in
Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. His research in robotics is centred on the control of a
system of systems of underwater robots. His general research areas of interest are; macr o,
nano and swarm robotics, surface and underwater robotics, industrial control and haptics.
Speech Title:
The Challenges of An underwater Swarm of Robot
Abstract:
An underwater System (Swarm) of Systems (mobile robots) have a unique set of challenges
compared to any other robotic swarm. The watery medium creates a large problem with
communications and location detection. With only low frequency radio and sonar available,
which both have a low bandwidth, sharing even small amounts of information between many
robots is very slow. Without GPS each robots location determination is difficult. This
presentation will explore these issues and possible solutions.Keynote Speaker 2: Assoc. Prof. Yogesh Vijay Hote
Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India
Biography: Yogesh Vijay Hote is an Associate Professor in the
Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology,
Roorkee. He received B. E. degree in Electrical Engineering from
Government College of Engg., Amravati, Amravati University in 1998
and M.E. degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Control
Systems from Government College of Engg., Pune, Pune University in
2000. He also received Ph.D degree in Instrumentation and Control
Engineering., Faculty of Technology, University of Delhi, in 2009.
Dr. Hote has nearly 17 years of teaching and research experience in Electrical Engineering.
His main fields of expertise include robust controller design, model order reduction
techniques and their applications in load frequency control, dc-dc converters. He has guided 5
Ph.D students and 20 M.Tech students. He has published 80 articles in reputed journals and
conference. He has also published a monograph related to stability analysis of uncertain
systems. He is also involved in sponsored and consultancy projects.
He was a part of committee for meter testing drive conducted by Govt. of National capital
territory Delhi, India in 2003. He is a member of IEEE and ISTE. He is also a member of
board of studies for various institutes, in India. He has been invited as Keynote speakers in
International conference and in national workshops. He has also delivered expert lecture in
various universities. He has been part of technical programme committee of various national
and international conferences.
Speech Title:
Robust Pid For Load Frequency Control: Applications and Challenges
Abstract:
Large-scale power systems are liable to performance drop due to the presence of sudden load
variations, parametric variations etc.In multi-area interconnection, when there is a mismatch
in the power flow, frequency changes from the nominal value. In view of this, control aspects
are extremely important in load frequency control (LFC) design of power systems. In order to
solve these issues, PID controller can be useful instead of using complex advanced controller
design. In this presentation, all these issues will be discussed in depth and possible solutions
will be explored.Keynote Speaker 3: Dr. Mostafa Shokrian Zeini
Shiraz University of Technology, Iran
Biography: Mostafa Shokrian Zeini is a Ph.D. candidate in the
Department of Control Engineering at Shiraz University of Technology,
Iran. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering
majored in Control in 2012 and in 2014, at Isfahan University of
Technology and Hamedan University of Technology, respectively. So far,
he has co-operated with several research projects as advisor or assistant
including an important leading project entitled “control and utilization of haptic interfaces in
virtual reality, with experimental verification by Novint Falcon interface” as well as “control
loops analysis and design of a new CO2 incubator”. He was also involved in two industrial
projects as project manager. The first one was focused on finding the most important
parameters influencing the electrical load consumption at the Hamedan Distribution Company
(HDC) and designing a short-term load forecasting (STLF) software. The second project was
at Bakhtar Regional Electric Company (BREC), where the consummation pattern of different
industries for an accurate hourly load forecasting was achieved and another STLF software
has been developed for industrial consumption. Along with his graduate studies, he worked
on the estimation of the collapse potential of loess soils in Golestan province using neural
networks and neuro-fuzzy systems in collaboration with the Department of Geology at Bu-Ali
Sina University. He is currently working on the fractional chaotic cryptography in secure
communication systems.
Chaos theory (control and (anti)synchronization of real and complex hyperchaotic systems),
nonlinear control algorithms, fuzzy modeling and fuzzy control systems based on LMI
approaches, and fractional order systems constitute his main fields of research. He is
collaborating with many journals as reviewer, such as “Transactions of the Institute of
Measurement and Control”, “Measurement and Control”, “Advances in Mechanical
Engineering”, etc. where he has also published multiple papers in the aforementioned areas.
He has been also invited as chair/speaker in international conference and congresses.
Speech Title:
New Control Challenges and Designs in Chaotic Cryptography
Abstract:
In the past two decades, the secure communication and the cryptography through chaotic
systems has received considerable interest among scientists in various fields. The majority of
previous studies in chaotic communication have used the deterministic form for the chaotic
systems modeling. But in practical applications, stochastic chaotic behavior is observed due to
random uncertainties such as stochastic forces on physical systems, noisy measurements
caused by environmental uncertainties and external disturbances. Also, great efforts are madeto produce an extremely complex behavior leading to signals which are more encrypted and therefore, harder to decrypt. In order to tackle the aforementioned perturbations and challenges, various controllers have been designed to achieve more reliable secure communication systems. Novel hybrid designs including combination-combination (anti)synchronization, variable-order fractional hyperchaotic systems and model based chaotic cryptosystems have been introduced recently. This presentation will discuss about all the aspects and challenges of the pioneering control synthesis designs in this area.
